Micah 2
1 കിടക്കമേൽ നീതികേടു നിരൂപിച്ചു തിന്മ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നവർക്കു അയ്യോ കഷ്ടം! അവർക്കു പ്രാപ്തിയുള്ളതുകൊണ്ടു പുലരുമ്പോൾ തന്നേ അവർ അതു നടത്തുന്നു.
2 അവർ വയലുകളെ മോഹിച്ചു പിടിച്ചുപറിക്കുന്നു; അവർ വീടുകളെ മോഹിച്ചു കൈക്കലാക്കുന്നു; അങ്ങനെ അവർ പുരുഷനെയും അവന്റെ ഭവനത്തെയും മനുഷ്യനെയും അവന്റെ അവകാശത്തെയും പീഡിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.
3 അതുകൊണ്ടു യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: ഞാൻ ഈ വംശത്തിന്റെ നേരെ അനർത്ഥം നിരൂപിക്കുന്നു; അതിൽനിന്നു നിങ്ങൾ നിങ്ങളുടെ കഴുത്തുകളെ വിടുവിക്കയില്ല, നിവിർന്നുനടക്കയുമില്ല; ഇതു ദുഷ്കാലമല്ലോ.
4 അന്നാളിൽ നിങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചു ഒരു പരിഹാസവാക്യം ചൊല്ലുകയും ഒരു വിലാപം വിലപിക്കയും ചെയ്തു: കഥ കഴിഞ്ഞു; നമുക്കു പൂർണ്ണ സംഹാരം ഭവിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; അവൻ എന്റെ ജനത്തിന്റെ ഓഹരി മാറ്റിക്കളഞ്ഞു; അവൻ അതു എന്റെ പക്കൽനിന്നു എങ്ങനെ നീക്കിക്കളയുന്നു; വിശ്വാസത്യാഗികൾക്കു അവൻ നമ്മുടെ വയലുകളെ വിഭാഗിച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്നു എന്നു പറയും;
5 അതുകൊണ്ടു യഹോവയുടെ സഭയിൽ ഓഹരിമേൽ അളവുനൂൽ പിടിപ്പാൻ നിനക്കു ആരും ഉണ്ടാകയില്ല.
6 പ്രസംഗിക്കരുതെന്നു അവർ പ്രസംഗിക്കുന്നു; ഇവയെക്കുറിച്ചു അവർ പ്രസംഗിക്കേണ്ടതല്ല; അവരുടെ ആക്ഷേപങ്ങൾ ഒരിക്കലും തീരുകയില്ല.
7 യാക്കോബ്ഗൃഹമേ, ഇതെന്തൊരു വാക്കാകുന്നു? യഹോവ മുൻകോപിയോ? അങ്ങനെയോ അവന്റെ പ്രവൃത്തികൾ? നേരായി നടക്കുന്നവന്നു എന്റെ വചനങ്ങൾ ഗണകരമല്ലയോ?
8 മുമ്പെതന്നേ എന്റെ ജനം ശത്രുവായി എഴുന്നേറ്റിരിക്കുന്നു; യുദ്ധവിമുഖന്മാരായി നിർഭയന്മാരായി കടന്നു പോകുന്നവരുടെ വസ്ത്രത്തിന്മേൽനിന്നു നിങ്ങൾ പുതെപ്പു വലിച്ചെടുക്കുന്നു.
9 നിങ്ങൾ എന്റെ ജനത്തിന്റെ സ്ത്രീകളെ അവരുടെ സുഖകരമായ വീടുകളിൽനിന്നു ഇറക്കിക്കളയുന്നു; അവരുടെ പൈതങ്ങളോടു നിങ്ങൾ എന്റെ മഹത്വം സദാകാലത്തേക്കും അപഹരിച്ചുകളയുന്നു.
10 പുറപ്പെട്ടു പോകുവിൻ; നാശത്തിന്നു, കഠിനനാശത്തിന്നു കാരണമായിരിക്കുന്ന മാലിന്യംനിമിത്തം ഇതു നിങ്ങൾക്കു വിശ്രാമസ്ഥലമല്ല.
11 ഒരുത്തൻ കാറ്റിനെയും വ്യാജത്തെയും പിൻചെന്നു: ഞാൻ വീഞ്ഞിനെക്കുറിച്ചും മദ്യപാനത്തെക്കുറിച്ചും നിന്നോടു പ്രസംഗിക്കും എന്നിങ്ങനെയുള്ള വ്യാജം പറഞ്ഞാൽ അവൻ ഈ ജനത്തിന്നു ഒരു പ്രസംഗിയായിരിക്കും.
12 യാക്കോബേ, ഞാൻ നിനക്കുള്ളവരെ ഒക്കെയും ചേർത്തുകൊള്ളും; യിസ്രായേലിൽ ശേഷിപ്പുള്ളവരെ ഞാൻ ശേഖരിക്കും; തൊഴുത്തിലെ ആടുകളെപ്പോലെ, മേച്ചൽപുറത്തെ ആട്ടിൻ കൂട്ടത്തെപ്പോലെ ഞാൻ അവരെ ഒരുമിച്ചുകൂട്ടും; ആൾപെരുപ്പം ഹേതുവായി അവിടെ മുഴക്കം ഉണ്ടാകും.
13 തകർക്കുന്നവൻ അവർക്കു മുമ്പായി പുറപ്പെടുന്നു; അവർ തകർത്തു ഗോപുരത്തിൽകൂടി കടക്കയും പുറപ്പെടുകയും ചെയ്യും; അവരുടെ രാജാവു അവർക്കു മുമ്പായും യഹോവ അവരുടെ തലെക്കലും നടക്കും.
1 Woe to them that devise iniquity, and work evil upon their beds! when the morning is light, they practise it, because it is in the power of their hand.
2 And they covet fields, and take them by violence; and houses, and take them away: so they oppress a man and his house, even a man and his heritage.
3 Therefore thus saith the Lord; Behold, against this family do I devise an evil, from which ye shall not remove your necks; neither shall ye go haughtily: for this time is evil.
4 In that day shall one take up a parable against you, and lament with a doleful lamentation, and say, We be utterly spoiled: he hath changed the portion of my people: how hath he removed it from me! turning away he hath divided our fields.
5 Therefore thou shalt have none that shall cast a cord by lot in the congregation of the Lord.
6 Prophesy ye not, say they to them that prophesy: they shall not prophesy to them, that they shall not take shame.
7 O thou that art named the house of Jacob, is the spirit of the Lord straitened? are these his doings? do not my words do good to him that walketh uprightly?
8 Even of late my people is risen up as an enemy: ye pull off the robe with the garment from them that pass by securely as men averse from war.
9 The women of my people have ye cast out from their pleasant houses; from their children have ye taken away my glory for ever.
10 Arise ye, and depart; for this is not your rest: because it is polluted, it shall destroy you, even with a sore destruction.
11 If a man walking in the spirit and falsehood do lie, saying, I will prophesy unto thee of wine and of strong drink; he shall even be the prophet of this people.
12 I will surely assemble, O Jacob, all of thee; I will surely gather the remnant of Israel; I will put them together as the sheep of Bozrah, as the flock in the midst of their fold: they shall make great noise by reason of the multitude of men.
13 The breaker is come up before them: they have broken up, and have passed through the gate, and are gone out by it: and their king shall pass before them, and the Lord on the head of them.
