ആകയാൽ നിങ്ങൾ നിങ്ങളുടെ മൂലകൂരുവിന്റെയും നിങ്ങളുടെ ദേശത്തെ ശൂന്യമാക്കുന്ന എലിയുടെയും പ്രതിമകൾ ഉണ്ടാക്കി, യിസ്രായേല്യരുടെ ദൈവത്തിന്നു തിരുമുൽക്കാഴ്ചവെക്കേണം; പക്ഷേ അവൻ തന്റെ കൈ നിങ്ങളുടെ മേൽനിന്നും നിങ്ങളുടെ ദേവന്മാരുടെ മേൽനിന്നും നിങ്ങളുടെ ദേശത്തിന്മേൽനിന്നും നീക്കും.

| that mar | הַמַּשְׁחִיתִם֙ | hammašḥîtim | ha-mahsh-hee-TEEM |
| אֶת | ʾet | et | |
| the land; | הָאָ֔רֶץ | hāʾāreṣ | ha-AH-rets |
| give shall ye and | וּנְתַתֶּ֛ם | ûnĕtattem | oo-neh-ta-TEM |
| glory | לֵֽאלֹהֵ֥י | lēʾlōhê | lay-loh-HAY |
| God the unto | יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל | yiśrāʾēl | yees-ra-ALE |
| of Israel: | כָּב֑וֹד | kābôd | ka-VODE |
| peradventure | אוּלַ֗י | ʾûlay | oo-LAI |
| lighten will he | יָקֵ֤ל | yāqēl | ya-KALE |
