ശമൂവേൽ-1 8:12
അവൻ അവരെ ആയിരത്തിന്നും അമ്പതിന്നും അധിപന്മാരാക്കും; തന്റെ നിലം കൃഷി ചെയ്വാനും തന്റെ വിള കൊയ്വാനും തന്റെ പടക്കോപ്പും തേർകോപ്പും ഉണ്ടാക്കുവാനും അവരെ നിയമിക്കും.

| ear to them set will and | חֲמִשִּׁ֑ים | ḥămiššîm | huh-mee-SHEEM |
| ground, his | וְלַֽחֲרֹ֤שׁ | wĕlaḥărōš | veh-la-huh-ROHSH |
| and to reap | חֲרִישׁוֹ֙ | ḥărîšô | huh-ree-SHOH |
| harvest, his | וְלִקְצֹ֣ר | wĕliqṣōr | veh-leek-TSORE |
| and to make | קְצִיר֔וֹ | qĕṣîrô | keh-tsee-ROH |
| instruments his | וְלַֽעֲשׂ֥וֹת | wĕlaʿăśôt | veh-la-uh-SOTE |
| of war, | כְּלֵֽי | kĕlê | keh-LAY |
| and instruments | מִלְחַמְתּ֖וֹ | milḥamtô | meel-hahm-TOH |
| of his chariots. | וּכְלֵ֥י | ûkĕlê | oo-heh-LAY |
| רִכְבּֽוֹ׃ | rikbô | reek-BOH |
