ദേശത്തിലെ ജനം ഞെരുക്കം ചെയ്കയും പിടിച്ചുപറിക്കയും എളിയവനെയും ദരിദ്രനെയും ഉപദ്രവിക്കയും പരദേശിയെ അന്യായമായി പീഡിപ്പിക്കയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.
