ആ കാലത്തു ഒരുത്തൻ ഇരുപതു പറയുള്ള കൂമ്പാരത്തിലേക്കു ചെല്ലുമ്പോൾ പത്തു മാത്രമേ കാണുകയുള്ളു; ഒരുത്തൻ അമ്പതു പാത്രം കോരുവാൻ ചക്കാലയിൽ ചെല്ലുമ്പോൾ ഇരുപതു മാത്രമേ കാണുകയുള്ളു.

Since those days were,	מִֽהְיוֹתָ֥ם	mihĕyôtām	mee-heh-yoh-TAHM
when one came	בָּא֙	bāʾ	ba
to	אֶל	ʾel	el
heap an	עֲרֵמַ֣ת	ʿărēmat	uh-ray-MAHT
of twenty	עֶשְׂרִ֔ים	ʿeśrîm	es-REEM
measures, there were	וְהָיְתָ֖ה	wĕhāytâ	veh-hai-TA
but ten:	עֲשָׂרָ֑ה	ʿăśārâ	uh-sa-RA
came one when	בָּ֣א	bāʾ	ba
to	אֶל	ʾel	el
the pressfat	הַיֶּ֗קֶב	hayyeqeb	ha-YEH-kev
out draw to for	לַחְשֹׂף֙	laḥśōp	lahk-SOFE
fifty	חֲמִשִּׁ֣ים	ḥămiššîm	huh-mee-SHEEM
press, the of out vessels	פּוּרָ֔ה	pûrâ	poo-RA
there were	וְהָיְתָ֖ה	wĕhāytâ	veh-hai-TA
