ഉസ്സീയാവിന്റെ മകനായ യോഥാമിന്റെ മകനായി യെഹൂദാരാജാവായ ആഹാസിന്റെ കാലത്തു അരാമ്യരാജാവായ രെസീനും രെമല്യാവിന്റെ മകനായി യിസ്രായേൽരാജാവായ പേക്കഹൂം യെരൂശലേമിന്റെ നേരെ യുദ്ധം ചെയ്‍വാൻ പുറപ്പെട്ടുവന്നു; അതിനെ പിടിപ്പാൻ അവർക്കു കഴിഞ്ഞില്ലതാനും.
