Isaiah 28 - WEB (Malayalam)

1 Woe to the crown of pride of the drunkards of Ephraim, and to the fading flower of his glorious beauty, which is on the head of the fat valley of those who are overcome with wine!എഫ്രയീമിലെ കുടിയാന്മാരുടെ ഡംഭകിരീടത്തിന്നും വീഞ്ഞുകുടിച്ചു ലഹരിപിടിച്ചവരുടെ ഫലവത്തായ താഴ്വരയിലെ കുന്നിന്മേൽ വാടിപ്പോകുന്ന പുഷ്പമായ അവന്റെ ഭംഗിയുള്ള അലങ്കാരത്തിന്നും അയ്യോ, കഷ്ടം!

2 Behold, the Lord has a mighty and strong one; as a tempest of hail, a destroying storm, as a tempest of mighty waters overflowing, will he cast down to the earth with the hand.ഇതാ, ശക്തിയും ബലവുമുള്ള ഒരുത്തൻ കർത്താവിങ്കൽനിന്നു വരുന്നു; തകർത്ത കൊടുങ്കാറ്റോടുകൂടിയ കന്മഴപോലെയും കവിഞ്ഞൊഴുകുന്ന മഹാ ജലപ്രവാഹം പോലെയും അവൻ അവരെ വെറുങ്കൈകൊണ്ടു നിലത്തു തള്ളിയിടും.

3 The crown of pride of the drunkards of Ephraim shall be trodden under foot:എഫ്രയീമിലെ കുടിയാന്മാരുടെ ഡംഭകിരീടം അവൻ കാൽകൊണ്ടു ചവിട്ടിക്കളയും.

4 and the fading flower of his glorious beauty, which is on the head of the fat valley, shall be as the first-ripe fig before the summer; which when he who looks on it sees, while it is yet in his hand he eats it up.ഫലവത്തായ താഴ്വരയിലെ കുന്നിന്മേൽ വാടിപ്പോകുന്ന പുഷ്പമായ അവന്റെ ഭംഗിയുള്ള അലങ്കാരം ഫലശേഖരകാലത്തിന്നു മുമ്പെ പഴുത്തതും കാണുന്നവൻ ഉടനെ പറിഞ്ഞുതിന്നുകളയുന്നതുമായ അത്തിപ്പഴം പോലെ ഇരിക്കും.

5 In that day will Yahweh of Hosts become a crown of glory, and a diadem of beauty, to the residue of his people;അന്നാളിൽ സൈന്യങ്ങളുടെ യഹോവ തന്റെ ജനത്തിന്റെ ശേഷിപ്പിന്നു മഹത്വമുള്ളോരു കിരീടവും ഭംഗിയുള്ളോരു മുടിയും

6 and a spirit of justice to him who sits in judgment, and strength to those who turn back the battle at the gate.ന്യായവിസ്താരം കഴിപ്പാൻ ഇരിക്കുന്നവന്നു ന്യായത്തിന്റെ ആത്മാവും പട്ടണവാതിൽക്കൽവെച്ചു പടയെ മടക്കിക്കളയുന്നവർക്കു വീര്യബലവും ആയിരിക്കും.

7 Even these reel with wine, and stagger with strong drink; the priest and the prophet reel with strong drink, they are swallowed up of wine, they stagger with strong drink; they err in vision, they stumble in judgment.എന്നാൽ ഇവരും വീഞ്ഞു കുടിച്ചു ചാഞ്ചാടുകയും മദ്യപിച്ചു ആടിനടക്കയും ചെയ്യുന്നു; പുരോഹിതനും പ്രവാചകനും മദ്യപാനം ചെയ്തു ചാഞ്ചാടുകയും വീഞ്ഞുകുടിച്ചു മത്തരാകയും മദ്യപിച്ചു ആടിനടക്കയും ചെയ്യുന്നു; അവർ ദർശനത്തിൽ പിഴെച്ചു ന്യായവിധിയിൽ തെറ്റിപ്പോകുന്നു.

8 For all tables are full of vomit [and] filthiness, [so that there is] no place [clean].മേശകൾ ഒക്കെയും ഛർദ്ദിയും അഴുക്കുംകൊണ്ടു നിറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു; ഒരു സ്ഥലവും ശേഷിപ്പില്ല.

9 Whom will he teach knowledge? and whom will he make to understand the message? those who are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts?“ആർക്കാകുന്നു ഇവൻ പരിജ്ഞാനം ഉപദേശിപ്പാൻ പോകുന്നതു? ആരെയാകുന്നു അവൻ പ്രസംഗം ഗ്രഹിപ്പിപ്പാൻ പോകുന്നതു? പാലുകുടി മാറിയവരെയോ? മുലകുടി വിട്ടവരെയോ?

10 For it is precept on precept, precept on precept; line on line, line on line; here a little, there a little.ചട്ടത്തിന്മേൽ ചട്ടം, ചട്ടത്തിന്മേൽ ചട്ടം; സൂത്രത്തിന്മേൽ സൂത്രം, സൂത്രത്തിന്മേൽ സൂത്രം; ഇവിടെ അല്പം, അവിടെ അല്പം” എന്നു അവർ പറയുന്നു അതേ,

11 No, but by [men of] strange lips and with another language will he speak to this people;വിക്കിവിക്കി പറയുന്ന അധരങ്ങളാലും അന്യഭാഷയിലും അവൻ ഈ ജനത്തോടു സംസാരിക്കും.

12 to whom he said, This is the rest, give you rest to him who is weary; and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear.ഇതാകുന്നു സ്വസ്ഥത; ക്ഷീണിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നവന്നു സ്വസ്ഥത കൊടുപ്പിൻ; ഇതാകുന്നു വിശ്രാമം എന്നു അവർ അവരോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു എങ്കിലും കേൾപ്പാൻ അവർക്കു മനസ്സില്ലായിരുന്നു.

13 Therefore shall the word of Yahweh be to them precept on precept, precept on precept; line on line, line on line; here a little, there a little; that they may go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken.ആകയാൽ അവർ ചെന്നു പിറകോട്ടുവീണു തകർന്നു കുടുക്കിൽ അകപ്പെട്ടു പിടിപെടേണ്ടതിന്നു, യഹോവയുടെ വചനം അവർക്കു “ചട്ടത്തിന്മേൽ ചട്ടം, ചട്ടത്തിന്മേൽ ചട്ടം, സൂത്രത്തിന്മേൽ സൂത്രം, സൂത്രത്തിന്മേൽ സൂത്രം, ഇവിടെ അല്പം അവിടെ അല്പം” എന്നു ആയിരിക്കും.

14 Why hear the word of Yahweh, you scoffers, that rule this people that is in Jerusalem:അതുകൊണ്ടു യെരൂശലേമിലെ ഈ ജനത്തിന്റെ അധിപതികളായ പരിഹാസികളേ, യഹോവയുടെ വചനം കേൾപ്പിൻ.

15 Because you have said, We have made a covenant with death, and with Sheol are we at agreement; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, it shall not come to us; for we have made lies our refuge, and under falsehood have we hid ourselves:ഞങ്ങൾ മരണത്തോടു സഖ്യതയും പാതാളത്തോടു ഉടമ്പടിയും ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു; പ്രവഹിക്കുന്ന ബാധ ആക്രമിക്കുമ്പോൾ അതു ഞങ്ങളോടു അടുത്തു വരികയില്ല; ഞങ്ങൾ ഭോഷ്കിനെ ശരണമാക്കി വ്യാജത്തിൽ ഒളിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു നിങ്ങൾ പറഞ്ഞുവല്ലോ.

16 therefore thus says the Lord Yahweh, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner -[stone] of sure foundation: he who believes shall not be in haste.അതുകൊണ്ടു യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: ഇതാ, ഞാൻ സീയോനിൽ ഉറപ്പുള്ള അടിസ്ഥാനമായിട്ടു ശോധനചെയ്ത കല്ലും വിലയേറിയ മൂലക്കല്ലും ആയി ഒരു അടിസ്ഥാനക്കല്ലു ഇട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു; വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നവൻ ഓടിപ്പോകയില്ല.

17 I will make justice the line, and righteousness the plummet; and the hail shall sweep away the refuge of lies, and the waters shall overflow the hiding-place.ഞാൻ ന്യായത്തെ അളവുചരടും നീതിയെ തൂക്കുകട്ടയും ആക്കിവെക്കും; കന്മഴ വ്യാജശരണത്തെ നീക്കിക്കളയും; വെള്ളം ഒളിപ്പിടത്തെ ഒഴിക്കി കൊണ്ടുപോകും.

18 Your covenant with death shall be annulled, and your agreement with Sheol shall not stand; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, then you shall be trodden down by it.മരണത്തോടുള്ള നിങ്ങളുടെ സഖ്യത ദുർബ്ബലമാകും; പാതാളത്തോടുള്ള നിങ്ങളുടെ ഉടമ്പടി നിലനിൽക്കയില്ല; പ്രവഹിക്കുന്ന ബാധ ആക്രമിക്കുമ്പോൾ നിങ്ങൾ തകർന്നു പോകും.

19 As often as it passes though, it shall take you; for morning by morning shall it pass through, by day and by night: and it shall be nothing but terror to understand the message.അതു ആക്രമിക്കുമ്പോഴൊക്കെയും നിങ്ങളെ പിടിക്കും; അതു രാവിലെതോറും രാവും പകലും ആക്രമിക്കും; അതിന്റെ ശ്രുതി കേൾക്കുന്ന മാത്രെക്കു നടുക്കം ഉണ്ടാകും.

20 For the bed is shorter than that a man can stretch himself on it; and the covering narrower than that he can wrap himself in it.കിടക്ക ഒരുത്തന്നു നിവിർന്നു കിടപ്പാൻ നിളം പോരാത്തതും പുതെപ്പു പുതെപ്പാൻ വീതി പോരാത്തതും ആകും.

21 For Yahweh will rise up as on Mount Perazim, he will be angry as in the valley of Gibeon; that he may do his work, his strange work, and bring to pass his act, his strange act.യഹോവ തന്റെ പ്രവൃത്തിയെ തന്റെ ആശ്ചര്യപ്രവൃത്തിയെ തന്നേ, ചെയ്യേണ്ടതിന്നും തന്റെ ക്രിയയെ, തന്റെ അപൂർവ്വക്രിയയെ തന്നേ നടത്തേണ്ടതിന്നും പെറാസീംമലയിൽ എന്നപോലെ എഴുന്നേൽക്കയും ഗിബെയോൻ താഴ്വരയിൽ എന്നപോലെ കോപിക്കയും ചെയ്യും.

22 Now therefore don't you be scoffers, lest your bonds be made strong; for a decree of destruction have I heard from the Lord, Yahweh of Hosts, on the whole earth.ആകയാൽ നിങ്ങളുടെ ബന്ധനങ്ങൾ മുറുകിപ്പോകാതെയിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു നിങ്ങൾ പരിഹാസികൾ ആയിരിക്കരുതു; സർവ്വഭൂമിയിലും വരുവാൻ നിർണ്ണയിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ഒരു സംഹാരത്തെക്കുറിച്ചു ഞാൻ സൈന്യങ്ങളുടെ യഹോവയായ കർത്താവിങ്കൽനിന്നു കേട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.

23 Give you ear, and hear my voice; listen, and hear my speech.ചെവി തന്നു എന്റെ വാക്കു കേൾപ്പിൻ; ശ്രദ്ധവെച്ചു എന്റെ വചനം കേൾപ്പിൻ.

24 Does he who plows to sow plow continually? does he [continually] open and harrow his ground?വിതെപ്പാൻ ഉഴുന്നവൻ ഇടവിടാതെ ഉഴുതുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നുവോ? അവൻ എല്ലായ്പോഴും നിലം കീറി കട്ട ഉടെച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നുവോ?

25 When he has leveled the surface of it, doesn't he cast abroad the dill, and scatter the cumin, and put in the wheat in rows, and the barley in the appointed place, and the spelt in the border of it?നിലം നിരപ്പാക്കീട്ടു അവൻ കരിഞ്ജീരകം വിതെക്കയും ജീരകം വിതറുകയും കോതമ്പു ഉഴവു പൊളിയിലും യവം അതിന്നുള്ള സ്ഥലത്തും ചെറുകോതമ്പു അതിന്റെ അറ്റത്തും ഇടുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നില്ലയോ?

26 For his God does instruct him aright, [and] does teach him.അങ്ങനെ അവന്റെ ദൈവം അവനെ യഥാക്രമം ഉപദേശിച്ചു പഠിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

27 For the dill are not threshed with a sharp [threshing] instrument, neither is a cart wheel turned about on the cumin; but the dill are beaten out with a staff, and the cumin with a rod.കരിഞ്ജീരകം മെതിവണ്ടികൊണ്ടു മെതിക്കുന്നില്ല; ജീരകത്തിന്മേൽ വണ്ടിയുടെ ചക്രം ഉരുട്ടുന്നതുമില്ല; കരിഞ്ജീരകം വടികൊണ്ടും ജീരകം കോൽകൊണ്ടും തല്ലിയെടുക്കയത്രേ ചെയ്യുന്നതു.

28 Bread [grain] is ground; for he will not be always threshing it: and though the wheel of his cart and his horses scatter it, he does not grind it.മെതിക്കയിൽ ധാന്യം ചതെച്ചുകളയാറുണ്ടോ? അവൻ അതിനെ എല്ലായ്പോഴും മെതിക്കയും വണ്ടിയുടെ ചക്രത്തെയും കുതിരകളെയും അതിന്മേൽ തെളിക്കയും ചെയ്കയില്ലല്ലോ; അവൻ അതിനെ ചതെച്ചുകളകയില്ല.

29 This also comes forth from Yahweh of Hosts, who is wonderful in counsel, and excellent in wisdom.അതും സൈന്യങ്ങളുടെ യഹോവയിങ്കൽനിന്നു വരുന്നു; അവൻ ആലോചനയിൽ അതിശയവും ജ്ഞാനത്തിൽ ഉൽകൃഷ്ടതയും ഉള്ളവനാകുന്നു.
