അങ്ങനെ യിരെമ്യാവു മറ്റൊരു ചുരുൾ എടുത്തു നേർയ്യാവിന്റെ മകൻ ബാരൂക്ക് എന്ന എഴുത്തുകാരന്റെ കയ്യിൽ കൊടുത്തു; അവൻ യെഹൂദാരാജാവായ യെഹോയാക്കീം തീയിൽ ഇട്ടു ചുട്ടുകളഞ്ഞ പുസ്തകത്തിലെ വചനങ്ങളൊക്കെയും യിരെമ്യാവിന്റെ വാമൊഴിപ്രകാരം അതിൽ എഴുതി; അതുപോലെയുള്ള ഏറിയ വചനങ്ങളും ചേർത്തെഴുതുവാൻ സംഗതിവന്നു.

and gave וַֽיִּתְּנָהּ֮ nātan na-TAHN
it to אֶל ʾēl ale
Baruch בָּר֣וּךְ bārûk ba-ROOK
the son בֶּן bēn bane
of Neriah; נֵרִיָּהוּ֮ nēriyyâ nay-ree-YA
the scribe, הַסֹּפֵר֒ sāpar sa-FAHR
who wrote וַיִּכְתֹּ֤ב kātab ka-TAHV
