അവൻ ജാതികളെ വർദ്ധിപ്പക്കയും നശിപ്പിക്കയും ചെയ്യുന്നു; അവൻ ജാതികളെ ചിതറിക്കയും കൂട്ടുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.

| and destroyeth | וַֽיְאַבְּדֵ֑ם | wayʾabbĕdēm | va-ah-beh-DAME |
| enlargeth he them: | שֹׁטֵ֥חַ | šōṭēaḥ | shoh-TAY-ak |
| the nations, | לַ֝גּוֹיִ֗ם | laggôyim | LA-ɡoh-YEEM |
| and straiteneth | וַיַּנְחֵֽם׃ | wayyanḥēm | va-yahn-HAME |
