ആ പടകുകളിൽ ശിമോന്നുള്ളതായ ഒന്നിൽ അവൻ കയറി “കരയിൽ നിന്നു അല്പം നീക്കേണം” എന്നു അവനോടു അപേക്ഷിച്ചു; അങ്ങനെ അവൻ പടകിൽ ഇരുന്നു പുരുഷാരത്തെ ഉപദേശിച്ചു.
