ആകയാൽ ദൈവമേ, നിയമവും കൃപയും പാലിക്കുന്നവനായി വലിയവനും ബലവാനും ഭയങ്കരനുമായ ഞങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമേ, അശ്ശൂർരാജാക്കന്മാരുടെ കാലംമുതൽ ഇന്നുവരെ ഞങ്ങൾക്കും ഞങ്ങളുടെ രാജാക്കന്മാർക്കും പ്രഭുക്കന്മാർക്കും പുരോഹിതന്മാർക്കും പ്രവാചകന്മാർക്കും ഞങ്ങളുടെ പിതാക്കന്മാർക്കും നിന്റെ സർവ്വജനത്തിന്നും നേരിട്ട കഷ്ടങ്ങളൊക്കെയും നിനക്കു ലഘുവായി തോന്നരുതേ.

God,	הָאֵ֨ל	ʾēl	ale
the great,	הַגָּד֜וֹל	gādôl	ɡa-DOLE
the mighty,	הַגִּבּ֣וֹר	gibbôr	ɡee-BORE
and the terrible	וְהַנּוֹרָא֮	yārēʾ	ya-RAY
who keepest	שׁוֹמֵ֣ר	šāmar	sha-MAHR
covenant	הַבְּרִ֣ית	bĕrît	beh-REET
and mercy,	וְהַחֶסֶד֒	ḥēsēd	hay-SADE
let not	אַל	ʾal	al
seem little	יִמְעַ֣ט	māʿaṭ	ma-AT
before	לְפָנֶ֡יךָ	pānîm	pa-NEEM
	אֵ֣ת	ʾēt	ate
all	כָּל	kōl	kole
the trouble	הַתְּלָאָ֣ה	tĕlāʾâ	teh-la-AH
thee, that	אֲֽשֶׁר	ʾăšer	uh-SHER
hath come upon	מְ֠צָאַתְנוּ	māṣāʾ	ma-TSA
us, on our kings,	לִמְלָכֵ֨ינוּ	melek	meh-LEK
on our princes,	לְשָׂרֵ֧ינוּ	śar	sahr
and on our priests,	וּלְכֹֽהֲנֵ֛ינוּ	kōhēn	koh-HANE
and on our prophets,	וְלִנְבִיאֵ֥נוּ	nābîʾ	na-VEE
and on our fathers,	וְלַֽאֲבֹתֵ֖ינוּ	ʾāb	av
and on all	וּלְכָל	kōl	kole
thy people,	עַמֶּ֑ךָ	ʿam	am
since the time	מִימֵי֙	yôm	yome
of the kings	מַלְכֵ֣י	melek	meh-LEK
of Assyria	אַשּׁ֔וּר	ʾaššûr	ah-SHOOR
unto	עַ֖ד	ʿad	ad
day.	הַיּ֥וֹם	yôm	yome
this	הַזֶּֽה׃	ze	zeh
