Numbers 14:45
എന്നാറെ മലയിൽ പാർത്തിരുന്ന അമാലേക്യരും കനാന്യരും ഇറങ്ങിവന്നു അവരെ തോല്പിച്ചു ഹോർമ്മാവരെ അവരെ ഛിന്നിച്ചു ഓടിച്ചുകളഞ്ഞു.

| which dwelt | הַיֹּשֵׁ֖ב | hayyōšēb | ha-yoh-SHAVE |
| that in | בָּהָ֣ר | bāhār | ba-HAHR |
| hill, | הַה֑וּא | hahûʾ | ha-HOO |
| and smote | וַיַּכּ֥וּם | wayyakkûm | va-YA-koom |
| discomfited and them, | וַֽיַּכְּת֖וּם | wayyakkĕtûm | va-ya-keh-TOOM |
| them, even unto | עַד | ʿad | ad |
