അവിടെനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു അമോർയ്യരുടെ ദേശത്തുനിന്നു ഉത്ഭവിച്ചു മരുഭൂമിയിൽ കൂടി ഒഴുകുന്ന അർന്നോൻ തോട്ടിന്നക്കരെ പാളയമിറങ്ങി; അർന്നോൻ മോവാബിന്നും അമോർയ്യർക്കും മദ്ധ്യേ മോവാബിന്നുള്ള അതിർ ആകുന്നു. അതുകൊണ്ടു:

for כִּ֤י kî kee
Arnon אַרְנוֹן֙ ʾarnôn ar-NONE
the border גְּב֣וּל gĕbûl ɡeh-VOOL
of Moab, מוֹאָ֔ב môʾāb moh-AV
between בֵּ֥ין bên bane
Moab מוֹאָ֖ב môʾāb moh-AV
וּבֵ֥ין bên bane
and the Amorites. הָֽאֱמֹרִֽי׃ ʾĕmōrî ay-moh-REE
