യിസ്രായേൽ അവനെ വാളിന്റെ വായ്ത്തലകൊണ്ടു വെട്ടി, അർന്നോൻ മുതൽ യബ്ബോക്ക്‌വരെയും അമ്മോന്യരുടെ അതിർവരെയും ഉള്ള അവന്റെ ദേശത്തെ കൈവശമാക്കി; അമ്മോന്യരുടെ അതിരോ ഉറപ്പുള്ളതു ആയിരുന്നു.

And Israel	וַיַּכֵּ֥הוּ	wayyakkēhû	va-ya-KAY-hoo
smote	יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל	yiśrāʾēl	yees-ra-ALE
him with the edge	לְפִי	lĕpî	leh-FEE
sword, the of	חָ֑רֶב	ḥāreb	HA-rev
and possessed	וַיִּירַ֨שׁ	wayyîraš	va-yee-RAHSH
	אֶת	ʾet	et
his land	אַרְצ֜וֹ	ʾarṣô	ar-TSOH
from Arnon	מֵֽאַרְנֹ֗ן	mēʾarnōn	may-ar-NONE
unto	עַד	ʿad	ad
Jabbok,	יַבֹּק֙	yabbōq	ya-BOKE
even unto	עַד	ʿad	ad
the children	בְּנֵ֣י	bĕnê	beh-NAY
of Ammon:	עַמּ֔וֹן	ʿammôn	AH-mone
for	כִּ֣י	kî	kee
border the	עַ֔ז	ʿaz	az
of the children	גְּב֖וּל	gĕbûl	ɡeh-VOOL
of Ammon	בְּנֵ֥י	bĕnê	beh-NAY
was strong.	עַמּֽוֹן׃	ʿammôn	ah-mone
