Proverbs 28:23
ചക്കരവാക്കു പറയുന്നവനെക്കാൾ ശാസിക്കുന്നവന്നു പിന്നീടു പ്രീതി ലഭിക്കും.

| a man | אָדָ֣ם | ʾādām | ah-DAHM |
| afterwards | אַ֭חֲרַי | ʾaḥăray | AH-huh-rai |
| shall find | חֵ֣ן | ḥēn | hane |
| favour more | יִמְצָ֑א | yimṣāʾ | yeem-TSA |
| than he that flattereth | מִֽמַּחֲלִ֥יק | mimmaḥălîq | mee-ma-huh-LEEK |
| with the tongue. | לָשֽׁוֹן׃ | lāšôn | la-SHONE |
