Psalm 83 - ASV (Malayalam)

1 O God, keep not thou silence: Hold not thy peace, and be not still, O God.ദൈവമേ, മിണ്ടാതെയിരിക്കരുതേ; ദൈവമേ, മൌനമായും സ്വസ്ഥമായും ഇരിക്കരുതേ.

2 For, lo, thine enemies make a tumult; And they that hate thee have lifted up the head.ഇതാ, നിന്റെ ശത്രുക്കൾ കലഹിക്കുന്നു; നിന്നെ പകെക്കുന്നവർ തല ഉയർത്തുന്നു.

3 Thy take crafty counsel against thy people, And consult together against thy hidden ones.അവർ നിന്റെ ജനത്തിന്റെ നേരെ ഉപായം വിചാരിക്കയും നിന്റെ ഗുപ്തന്മാരുടെ നേരെ ദുരാലോചന കഴിക്കയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.

4 They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation; That the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance.വരുവിൻ, യിസ്രായേൽ ഒരു ജാതിയായിരിക്കാതവണ്ണം നാം അവരെ മുടിച്ചുകളക. അവരുടെ പേർ ഇനി ആരും ഓർക്കരുതു എന്നു അവർ പറഞ്ഞു.

5 For they have consulted together with one consent; Against thee do they make a covenant:അവർ ഇങ്ങനെ ഐകമത്യത്തോടെ ആലോചിച്ചു, നിനക്കു വിരോധമായി സഖ്യത ചെയ്യുന്നു.

6 The tents of Edom and the Ishmaelites; Moab, and the Hagarenes;ഏദോമ്യരുടെയും യിശ്മായേല്യരുടെയും കൂടാരങ്ങളും മോവാബ്യരും ഹഗർയ്യരും കൂടെ,

7 Gebal, and Ammon, and Amalek; Philistia with the inhabitants of Tyre:ഗെബാലും അമ്മോനും അമാലേക്കും, ഫെലിസ്ത്യദേശവും സോർനിവാസികളും;

8 Assyria also is joined with them; They have helped the children of Lot. Selahഅശ്ശൂരും അവരോടു യോജിച്ചു; അവർ ലോത്തിന്റെ മക്കൾക്കു സഹായമായിരുന്നു സേലാ.

9 Do thou unto them as unto Midian, As to Sisera, as to Jabin, at the river Kishon;മിദ്യാന്യരോടു ചെയ്തതുപോലെ അവരോടു ചെയ്യേണമേ; കീശോൻ തോട്ടിങ്കൽവെച്ചു സീസരയോടും യാബീനോടും ചെയ്തതുപോലെ തന്നേ.

10 Who perished at Endor, Who became as dung for the earth.അവർ എൻ ദോരിൽവെച്ചു നശിച്ചുപോയി; അവർ നിലത്തിന്നു വളമായി തീർന്നു.

11 Make their nobles like Oreb and Zeeb; Yea, all their princes like Zebah and Zalmunna;അവരുടെ കുലീനന്മാരെ ഓരേബ്, സേബ് എന്നവരെപ്പോലെയും അവരുടെ സകലപ്രഭുക്കന്മാരെയും സേബഹ്, സല്മൂന്നാ എന്നവരെപ്പോലെയും ആക്കേണമേ.

12 Who said, Let us take to ourselves in possession The habitations of God.നാം ദൈവത്തിന്റെ നിവാസങ്ങളെ നമുക്കു അവകാശമാക്കിക്കൊള്ളുക എന്നു അവർ പറഞ്ഞുവല്ലോ.

13 O my God, make them like the whirling dust; As stubble before the wind.എന്റെ ദൈവമേ, അവരെ ചുഴലിക്കാറ്റത്തെ പൊടിപോലെയും കാറ്റത്തു പാറുന്ന പതിർപോലെയും ആക്കേണമേ.

14 As the fire that burneth the forest, And as the flame that setteth the mountains on fire,വനത്തെ ദഹിപ്പിക്കുന്ന തീപോലെയും പർവ്വതങ്ങളെ ചുട്ടുകളയുന്ന അഗ്നിജ്വാലപോലെയും

15 So pursue them with thy tempest, And terrify them with thy storm.നിന്റെ കൊടുങ്കാറ്റുകൊണ്ടു അവരെ പിന്തുടരേണമേ; നിന്റെ ചുഴലിക്കാറ്റുകൊണ്ടു അവരെ ഭ്രമിപ്പിക്കേണമേ.

16 Fill their faces with confusion, That they may seek thy name, O Jehovah.യഹോവേ, അവർ തിരുനാമത്തെ അന്വേഷിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു നീ അവരുടെ മുഖത്തെ ലജ്ജാപൂർണ്ണമാക്കേണമേ.

17 Let them be put to shame and dismayed for ever; Yea, let them be confounded and perish;അവർ എന്നേക്കും ലജ്ജിച്ചു ഭ്രമിക്കയും നാണിച്ചു നശിച്ചുപോകയും ചെയ്യട്ടെ.

18 That they may know that thou alone, whose name is Jehovah, Art the Most High over all the earth. Psalm 84 For the Chief Musician; set to the Gittith. A Psalm of the sons of Korah.അങ്ങനെ അവർ യഹോവ എന്നു നാമമുള്ള നീ മാത്രം സർവ്വഭൂമിക്കുംമീതെ അത്യുന്നതൻ എന്നു അറിയും.
