ஆலயத்திலே பணிவிடை செய்கிற அவர்கள் சகோதரராகிய எண்ணூற்று இருபத்திரண்டுபேரும், மல்கியாவின் குமாரன் பஸ்கூருக்கு மகனான சகரியாவின் குமாரன் அம்சிக்குப் பிறந்த பெல்லியாவின் குமாரன் எரோகாமுக்குப் பிறந்த அதாயாவும்,

ஆபிரகாமுக்கு உண்டான ஆசீர்வாதம் கிறிஸ்து இயேசுவினால் யூதரல்லாத மக்களுக்கு வருவதற்காகவும், ஆவியானவரைக்குறித்துச் சொல்லப்பட்ட வாக்குத்தத்தத்தை நாம் விசுவாசத்தினாலே பெற்றுக்கொள்வதற்காகவும் இப்படி ஆனது.

கிறிஸ்து இதனைச் செய்தார். அதனால் தேவனுடைய ஆசீர்வாதம் அனைத்து மக்களுக்கும் கிடைக்கிறது. தேவன் ஆபிரகாமையும் ஆசீர்வதிப்பதாக வாக்குக் கொடுத்திருக்கிறார். இந்த ஆசீர்வாதம் இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவின் மூலமாய்த்தான் வருகிறது. இயேசு மரித்தார். அதனால் தேவனுடைய வாக்குறுதிப்படி பரிசுத்த ஆவியைப் பெற்றோம். விசுவாசத்தின் மூலம், நாம் அவ்வாக்குறுதிகளைப் பெறுகிறோம்.
