योशियाहले बेतेलमा अग्लो ठाउँ र वेदी पनि भत्काए। नबातका छोरा यारोबामले यो वेदी बनाएका थिए। यारोबामले इस्राएललाई पाप गर्न लगाएका थिए। योशियाहले अग्लो ठाउँ भत्काएर जलाईदिए। योशियाहले ढुङ्गाहरूका वेदी टुक्रा-टुक्रा पारे। त्यसपछि उनले त्यसलाई धूलो पिठो पारे। र उनले अशेरा खाँबोलाई जलाए।
