“एकजना पवित्र स्वर्गदूतले यो दण्डको घोषणा गरे। पृथ्वीको सबै मानिसहरूलाई थाहा होस् कि, मानिसहरूको राज्यहरूमाथि सर्वोच्च परमेश्वरले शासन गर्नुहुन्छ। परमेश्वरले जसलाई चाहनु हुन्छ यी राज्यहरू उसलाई दिनुहुन्छ अनि परमेश्वरले ती राज्यहरू माथि शासन गर्नको निम्ति विनम्र मानिसलाई छान्नु हुन्छ।
