Deuteronomy 22:26
तिमीले त्यस केटीसँग केही गर्नु हुँदैन। यो घटना यस्तो हो कसैले आफ्नो छिमेकीलाई आक्रमण गरेर मार्छ किनभने त्यो केटी एकली थिई अनि उसले गरेको गुहार कसैले सुनेन्। यसकारण केटीले सजाय पाउने योग्य दोष गरेकी छैन।

| there is in the damsel | אֵ֥ין | ʾên | ane |
| no | לַֽנַּעֲרָ֖ | lannaʿărā | la-na-uh-RA |
| sin | חֵ֣טְא | ḥēṭĕʾ | HAY-teh |
| death: of worthy | מָ֑וֶת | māwet | MA-vet |
| for | כִּ֡י | kî | kee |
| as | כַּֽאֲשֶׁר֩ | kaʾăšer | ka-uh-SHER |
| when a man | יָק֨וּם | yāqûm | ya-KOOM |
| riseth | אִ֤ישׁ | ʾîš | eesh |
| against | עַל | ʿal | al |
| neighbour, his | רֵעֵ֙הוּ֙ | rēʿēhû | ray-A-HOO |
| and slayeth | וּרְצָח֣וֹ | ûrĕṣāḥô | oo-reh-tsa-HOH |
| נֶ֔פֶשׁ | nepeš | NEH-fesh | |
| so even him, | כֵּ֖ן | kēn | kane |
| is this | הַדָּבָ֥ר | haddābār | ha-da-VAHR |
| matter: | הַזֶּֽה׃ | hazze | ha-ZEH |
