मोशाद्वारा हत्या गरेको विषयमा फिरऊनले पनि थाह पाए, अनि उसलाई मार्ने निश्चय गरे। यसकारण मोशाले आफैलाई फिरऊन देखि बाँच्नको निम्ति भागेर मिद्यानमा गए।जब मोशा मिद्यानमा पुगे ऊ कुनै कुवाको नजिक बसे।
