जसले तिम्रा परमेश्वरका व्यवस्था अनि राजाका व्यवस्थाको पालन गर्देन त्यसमाथि मृत्यु वा देश निकाला वा जरिमाना कि त कारावास पुर्णरूपले पुर्ण परिश्रम द्वारा तुरून्तै न्याय गरियोस्।
