परमेश्वरले अब्राहामलाई सबै पुरूष मानिसहरूको खतना गर्नु भनेको हुनाले तिनले इश्माएल र तिनको घरमा भएका सबै कमाराहरूलाई संगै भेला गराए। अब्राहामले बाहिरबाट किनेर ल्याइएका कमाराहरूलाई पनि संगै भेला गराए। अब्राहामको घरमा भएका सबै पुरूषहरूलाई भेला गराए अनि तिनीहरूको खतना गरियो। अब्राहामले तिनीहरूलाई त्यही दिन खतना गराए जुन दिन परमेश्वरले भन्नु भएको थियो।
