Isaiah 24:1
हेर! परमप्रभुले यो ठाउँलाई ध्वंस गर्नुहुनेछ। परमप्रभुले यस ठाउँलाई सम्पूर्ण प्रकारले सफा पार्नु हुनेछ। परमप्रभुले मानिसहरूलाई जबरजस्ती यस ठाउँबाट टाढा खेद्नु हुनेछ।

| and maketh it waste, | וּבֽוֹלְקָ֑הּ | ûbôlĕqāh | oo-voh-leh-KA |
| turneth and | וְעִוָּ֣ה | wĕʿiwwâ | veh-ee-WA |
| it upside down, | פָנֶ֔יהָ | pānêhā | fa-NAY-ha |
| abroad scattereth and | וְהֵפִ֖יץ | wĕhēpîṣ | veh-hay-FEETS |
| the inhabitants | יֹשְׁבֶֽיהָ׃ | yōšĕbêhā | yoh-sheh-VAY-ha |
