इस्राएलीहरूले एउटा साँढे एउटा पाठो अथवा एउटा बोका पालको बाहिर अथवा भित्र काट्नु सक्थ्यो।

“यदि तिमीहरूले परमेश्वरलाई केही विशेष चीज चढाउन चाहन्छौ भने परमप्रभु तिमीहरूका परमेश्वरले छान्नु भएको विशेष स्थानमा जानुपर्छ। अनि यदि तिमीहरूले कुनै विशेष उपहार चढाउन प्रतिज्ञा गर्छौ भने परमप्रभुले छान्नु भएको त्यस विशेष स्थानमा तिमीहरू जानैपर्छ।
