“कुनै व्यक्तिले मेलबलि अथवा परमप्रभुलाई स्वेच्छाले आफ्नो भाकल पूरा गर्न बलि चढाउनु सक्छ, तर त्यो बलि बलियो अनि निष्खोट हुनुपर्छ त्यो साँढे होस् अथवा भेडा।
