1 And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,परमप्रभुले मोशालाई भन्नुभयो,

2 `Speak unto the sons of Israel, and thou hast said unto them, Appointed seasons of Jehovah, which ye proclaim, holy convocations, `are' these: they `are' My appointed seasons:“इस्राएलका मानिसहरूलाई भन तिमीले परमप्रभुले रोज्नु भएका चाडहरूलाई पवित्र पर्वहरू भनी घोषणा गर। ती विशेष पवित्र दिनहरू यी नै हुन्

3 six days is work done, and in the seventh day `is' a sabbath of rest, a holy convocation; ye do no work; it `is' a sabbath to Jehovah in all your dwellings.“छ दिनसम्म काम गर, सातौं दिन विश्राम मानिनेछ र त्यस दिन विशेष विश्रामको दिन, एक पवित्र सभाको दिन हुनेछ। त्यस दिन तिमीहरूले कुनै किसिमको काम नगर्नु। तिमीहरूको सब घरमा यस दिनलाई परमप्रभुको विश्राम मानिन्छ।

4 `These `are' appointed seasons of Jehovah, holy convocations, which ye proclaim in their appointed seasons:“यी सब परमप्रभुद्वारा तोकिएका चाडहरू हुन्, तिमीले यी दिनहरूलाई पवित्र सभा भनी घोषणा गर्ने छौ।

5 in the first month, on the fourteenth of the month, between the evenings, `is' the passover to Jehovah;परमप्रभुको निस्तार पहिलो महीनाको चौधौं दिनको साँझमा शुरू हुन्छ।

6 and on the fifteenth day of this month `is' the feast of unleavened things to Jehovah; seven days unleavened things ye do eat;“त्यही महीनाको पन्ध्रौं दिन अखमिरी रोटीको चाड हुन्छ। तिमीले सात दिनसम्म अखमिरी रोटी खानेछौ।

7 on the first day ye have a holy convocation, ye do no servile work;यो चाडको पहिलो दिन तिमीले विशेष सभा गर्नेछौ। त्यस दिन काम गर्ने छैनौ।

8 and ye have brought near a fire-offering to Jehovah seven days; in the seventh day `is' a holy convocation; ye do no servile work.'सात दिनसम्म तिमीले परमप्रभुलाई आगोद्वारा बलि चढाउन बलिहरू ल्याउनु पर्छ। तब सातौं दिनमा फेरि अर्को विशेष सभा हुन्छ अनि त्यस दिन तिमीले कुनै काम गर्ने छैनौ।”अगौटे फसलको चाड

9 And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,परमप्रभुले मोशालाई भन्नुभयो,

10 `Speak unto the sons of Israel, and thou hast said unto them, When ye come in unto the land which I am giving to you, and have reaped its harvest, and have brought in the sheaf, the beginning of your harvest unto the priest,“इस्राएलका मानिसहरूलाई भन म तिमीहरूलाई जुन देश दिन्छु त्यसमा तिमीहरू जानेछौ अनि त्यहाँ बाली काट्नेछौ। त्यस समयमा तिमीहरूको पहिले बालीको उब्जनीको एक बिटा पूजाहारीकहाँ ल्याउनू।

11 then he hath waved the sheaf before Jehovah for your acceptance; on the morrow of the sabbath doth the priest wave it.पूजाहारीले बिटालाई परमप्रभु अधि डोलाओस् यसकारण तिमीहरूलाई स्वीकार गर्नेछ उसले त्यो विश्राम भोलि पल्ट गर्नेछ।

12 `And ye have prepared in the day of your waving the sheaf a lamb, a perfect one, a son of a year, for a burnt-offering to Jehovah,“जुन दिन तिमीहरूले अन्नको बिटा परमप्रभुको अघि डोलाउने छौ त्यस दिन तिमीहरूले परमप्रभुलाई होमबलि चढाउन एउटा एक वर्षे निष्खोट थुमा ल्याउन्।

13 and its present two tenth deals of flour mixed with oil, a fire-offering to Jehovah, a sweet fragrance, and its drink-offering, wine, a fourth of the hin.अंडीरको तेलमा मिसाएको सोलह बटुको मसिनो पीठोको अन्नबलि पनि चढाउनुपर्छ। तिमीहरूले पनि चढाउनु पर्छ र तिमीहरूले एक लीटर मद्य चढाएको बलिको बास्नाले परमप्रभुलाई आनन्दित पार्नेछ।

14 `And bread and roasted corn and full ears ye do not eat until this self-same day, until your bringing in the offering of your God -- a statute age-during to your generations, in all your dwellings.तिमीहरूले परमप्रभुलाई नयाँ फसल उपहार नचढाएसम्म तिमीहरूले रोटी, भूटेको अन्न, अथवा ताजा अन्नहरू खानु हुदैन। तिमीहरू जहाँ बसे पनि यी नियमहरू पुस्ता पुस्तासम्म चलि रहनेछन्।

15 `And ye have numbered to you from the morrow of the sabbath, from the day of your bringing in the sheaf of the wave-offering: they are seven perfect sabbaths;“परमप्रभुलाई डोलाउने अन्नको बिटा ल्याएको दिनबाट सात हप्ताहरू गन।

16 unto the morrow of the seventh sabbath ye do number fifty days, and ye have brought near a new present to Jehovah;सातौं हप्ताहरू पछिको आइतवार (त्यो पचास दिनपछि) तिमीहरूले परमप्रभुको निम्ति नयाँ अन्नको बलि ल्याउँनेछौ।

17 out of your dwellings ye bring in bread of a wave-offering, two `loaves', of two tenth deals of flour they are, `with' yeast they are baken, first-`fruits' to Jehovah.त्यस दिन तिमीहरूले आफ्नो घरबाट दुइवटा खमीर मिसाएको रोटी ल्याउनु पर्छ खमीर अनि सोह्र बटुको पीठो प्रयोग गरेर यी रोटीहरू पकाऊ। त्यो डोलाउने बलिक लागि हुनेछ त्यो तिम्रो पहिलो उब्जनीबाट परमप्रभुको निम्ति अन्न बलि हुनेछ।

18 `And ye have brought near, besides the bread, seven lambs, perfect ones, sons of a year, and one bullock, a son of the herd, and two rams; they are a burnt-offering to Jehovah, with their present and their libations, a fire-offering of sweet fragrance to Jehovah.“एउटा साँढे दुइवटा भेडाहरू अनि सातवटा एक वर्षे पाठहरू अन्नबलि अनि अर्घबलिसित चढाउनु पर्नेछ। यी सबै पशुहरू निष्खोट हुनुपर्छ। यी पशुहरू आगोद्वारा जलाइने होमबलि हुनुपर्छ अनि यसको बास्नाले परमप्रभुलाई खुशी पार्नेछ।

19 `And ye have prepared one kid of the goats for a sin-offering, and two lambs, sons of a year, for a sacrifice of peace-offerings,तिमीहरूले पापबलिको निम्ति एउटा बोका अनि दुइवटा एक वर्षे पाठाहरू पनि मैत्रीबलिको निम्ति चढाउनु पर्छ।

20 and the priest hath waved them, besides the bread of the first-`fruits' -- a wave-offering before Jehovah, besides the two lambs; they are holy to Jehovah for the priest;“पूजाहारीले रोटीले तिनीहरूलाई परमप्रभुको अघि दुइवटा थुमाहरूसित डोलाउने तिनीहरू परमप्रभुको निम्ति पवित्र हुन्छ र ती सबै पूजाहारीको हुनेछ।

21 and ye have proclaimed on this self-same day: a holy convocation is to you, ye do no servile work -- a statute age-during in all your dwellings, to your generations.तिमीहरूले त्यस दिन केही काम गर्ने हुँदैन अनि एउटा पवित्र सभा बोलाउनेछौ। यो नियम तिमीहरू घरहरूमा तिमीहरूको पुस्तौ-पुस्तासम्म चलि रहने छ।

22 `And in your reaping the harvest of your land thou dost not complete the corner of thy field in thy reaping, and the gleaning of thy harvest thou dost not gather, to the poor and to the sojourner thou dost leave them; I Jehovah `am' your God.'“जब तिमीहरू आफ्नो जमीनमा बाली उठाउँछौ खेतको कुना-कुनासम्म नउठाऊ अनि त्यसरी छोडीएको अन्न उठाउनु फर्केर नजाऊ। ती सब गरीबहरू तथा तिमीहरूको जमीन भएर जाने विदेशीहरूको निम्ति छोडी देऊ। म परमप्रभु तिमीहरूका परमेश्वर हुँ।”

23 And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,परमप्रभुले मोशालाई भन्नुभयो,

24 `Speak unto the sons of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, on the first of the month, ye have a sabbath, a memorial of shouting, a holy convocation;“इस्राएलका मानिसहरूलाई भन सातौं महीनाको पहिलो दिन तिमीहरूको विशेष विश्रामको दिन हुन्छ र मानिसहरूलाई यो पवित्र सभा हो भनी सम्झाउन तुरही बजाऊ।

25 ye do no servile work, and ye have brought near a fire-offering to Jehovah.'तिमीहरू सामान्य काम नगर तिमीहरूले आगोद्वारा चढाउने बलि परमप्रभु कहाँ ल्याउँनेछौ।”

26 And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,परमप्रभुले मोशालाई भन्नुभयो,

27 `Only -- on the tenth of this seventh month is a day of atonements; ye have a holy convocation, and ye have humbled yourselves, and have brought near a fire-offering to Jehovah;“प्रायश्चितको दिन सातौं महीनाको दशौं दिनमा पर्छ। त्यसदिन तिमीहरूले केही खानु हुँदैन अनि तिमीहरूले आगोद्वारा परमप्रभुलाई बलि चढाउनु पर्छ अनि पवित्र सभा गर्नुपर्छ।

28 and ye do no work in this self-same day, for it is a day of atonements, to make atonement for you, before Jehovah your God.त्यस दिन तिमीहरूले केही काम गर्ने छैनौ, किन? किनभने त्यो दिन तिमीहरूको प्रायश्चितको दिन हो। त्यसदिन पूजाहारी परमप्रभुको सामुने जानेछन् र तिमीहरूलाई पवित्र पार्न उत्सव गर्नेछन्।

29 `For any person who is not humbled in this self-same day hath even been cut off from his people;“यदि कुनै मानिसले यस दिनमा उपवास बस्न अस्वीकार गरे उसलाई उसका मानिसहरूबाट छुट्‌याउनु पर्छ।

30 and any person who doth any work in this self-same day I have even destroyed that person from the midst of his people;यदि कुनै मानिसले त्यस दिन केही काम गर्छ म उसलाई उसका मानिसहरूको बीचबाट शेष पार्नेछु।

31 ye do no work -- a statute age-during to your generations in all your dwellings.त्यसदिन तिमीहरूले कुनै काम गर्नु हुदैन अनि यो विधि तिमीहरू जहाँ बस्छौ त्यहाँ सधैंको निम्ति चालू रहनेछ।

32 It `is' a sabbath of rest to you, and ye have humbled yourselves in the ninth of the month at even; from evening till evening ye do keep your sabbath.'यो दिन तिमीहरूको निम्ति एक विशेष विश्रामको दिन हो र तिमीहरूले त्यस दिन केही खाने छैनौ। यो विशेष विश्रामको दिन त्यस महिनाको नवौं दिनको साँझबाट शुरू हुनेछ र भोलिपल्ट साँझसम्म रहनेछ।”

33 And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,परमप्रभुले मोशालाई भन्नुभयो,

34 `Speak unto the sons of Israel, saying, In the fifteenth day of this seventh month `is' a feast of booths seven days to Jehovah;“इस्राएलका मानिसहरूलाई भनः सातौं महीनाको पन्ध्रौं दिनमा छाप्रो-बासको चाड मनाउनुपर्छ। यो चाड परमप्रभुको निम्ति सात दिनसम्म चली रहनुपर्छ।

35 on the first day `is' a holy convocation, ye do no servile work,कसैले यस चाडको पहिलो दिन केही काम गर्नु हुँदैन जब पवित्र सभा गरिनेछ।

36 seven days ye bring near a fire-offering to Jehovah, on the eighth day ye have a holy convocation, and ye have brought near a fire-offering to Jehovah; it `is' a restraint, ye do no servile work.तिमीहरूले परमप्रभुको निम्ति आगोद्वारा सात दिनसम्म बलि ल्याउनु पर्छ अनि आठौं दिन तिमीहरूले अर्को पवित्र सभा गर्ने पर्छ। आगोको बलि परमप्रभुलाई चढाउनु पर्छ, तिनीहरू त्यस केही काम गर्नु हुँदैन अनि यो पवित्र सभा हुनेछ।

37 `These `are' appointed seasons of Jehovah, which ye proclaim holy convocations, to bring near a fire-offering to Jehovah, a burnt-offering, and a present, a sacrifice, and libations, a thing of a day in its day,“परमप्रभुको विशेष चाडहरू यी नै हुन्। यी दिनहरूमा पवित्र सभाहरू हुनेछन्, तिमीहरूले परमप्रभुलाई आगोबाट बलिहरू चढाउनेछौ। होमबलि, अन्नबलि, अर्धबलिहरू अरू अन्य बलिदानहरू चढाउँनेछौं। ती बलिहरू तिमीहरूले ठीक समयमा चढाउनेछौ।

38 apart from the sabbaths of Jehovah, and apart from your gifts, and apart from all your vows, and apart from all your willing-offerings, which ye give to Jehovah.तिमीहरूले चढाउने यी बलिहरू परमप्रभुको विश्राम दिनहरूको स्मरण र विशेष भाकलको निम्ति हो। तिनीहरू केही योग्यको बलिहरू तिमीहरूले परमप्रभुलाई दिन सक्छौ।

39 `Only -- in the fifteenth day of the seventh month, in your gathering the increase of the land, ye do keep the feast of Jehovah seven days; on the first day `is' a sabbath, and on the eighth day a sabbath;“सातौं महीनाको पन्ध्रौं दिन जब तिमीहरू आफ्नो जमीनबाट फसल बटुल्छौ तब सात दिनसम्म परमप्रभुको चाडहरू मनाउनुपर्छ। पहिलो दिन अनि आठौं दिन विशेष विश्रामको दिन हुनेछ।

40 and ye have taken to yourselves on the first day the fruit of beautiful trees, branches of palms, and boughs of thick trees, and willows of a brook, and have rejoiced before Jehovah your God seven days.पहिलो दिनमा तिमीहरूले फलको बोटहरूबाट राम्रो राम्रो फलहरू बटुल्नु पर्छ अनि खजूरको हाँगाहरू, मोटो पातभएका रूखहरूका हाँगाहरू र खोलाको किनारमा हुने लहरे-पीपलका हाँगाहरू बटुलेर परमप्रभु तिमीहरूका परमेश्वरकोअघि सात दिन आनन्द मनाउनु पर्छ।

41 `And ye have kept it a feast to Jehovah, seven days in a year -- a statute age-during to your generations; in the seventh month ye keep it a feast.प्रत्येक वर्ष तिमीहरूले सात दिनसम्म परमप्रभुको निम्ति यो चाड मनाउनु पर्छ। यो चाड सातों महीनामा मनाइनेछ र यो विधि सधैं चलिरहनेछ।

42 `In booths ye dwell seven days; all who are natives in Israel dwell in booths,इस्राएलमा जन्मने सबै मानिसहरू सात दिनसम्म ती अस्थायी छाप्रोहरूमा बास बस्नेछन्।

43 so that your generations do know that in booths I caused the sons of Israel to dwell; in my bringing them out of the land of Egypt; I, Jehovah, `am' your God.'किन? किनभने तिमीहरूका सन्तानले जान्न पाउँनेछन्। त्यसै कारण जब मैले इस्राएलीहरूलाई मिश्रको भूमि बाहिर ल्याए, मैले तिनीहरूलाई दक्षिण छाप्रोहरूमा बस्न लगाएँ। म परमप्रभु तिमीहरूका परमेश्वर हुँ।”

44 And Moses speaketh `concerning' the appointed seasons of Jehovah unto the sons of Israel.यसर्थ मोशाले परमप्रभुलाई सम्मान गरिने सबै चाडहरू इस्राएलका मानिसहरूलाई बताइदिए।
