परमप्रभुले इस्राएलका मानिसहरूलाई दिएको विधि-विधानहरू, नियमहरू र शिक्षाहरू यी नै हुन् र यी विधिहरू नै परमप्रभु अनि इस्राएलका मानिसहरूमाझ भएको करार हो। परमप्रभुले सीनै पर्वतमा यी विधिहरू मोशालाई भन्नुभयो अनि उनले तिनीहरू इस्राएलका मानिसहरूलाई दिए।
