परमप्रभु मेरो मालिक यसो भन्नुहुन्छ, “एउटा विदेशी जसको खतना भएको छैन, मेरो मन्दिरमा आउँनु हुँदैन। ती विदेशीहरू पनि जो इस्राएलको परिवारहरू बीच स्थायी रूपले बसेका छन् तिनीहरूको पनि खतना अवश्य हुनुपर्छ अनि म प्रति पूर्ण समर्पित हुनुपर्छ, त्यस पश्चात ऊ मेरो मन्दिरमा आउनु पनि सक्छ।
