ପାଉଲ ଏହି ପତ୍ର ଲେଖିଛନ୍ତି। ମୁଁ ଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟଯୀଶୁଙ୍କର ଜଣେ ପ୍ ରରେିତ ରୂପେ ଆହୂତ ହଲିେ। ଏହା ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଇଚ୍ଛା ରେ ସାଧିତ ହେଲା। ଆମ୍ଭର ଜଣେ ଭାଇ ସୋସ୍ଥିନା ମଧ୍ଯ ନମସ୍କାର ଜଣାନ୍ତି।
