ତାଙ୍କ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ତାଙ୍କ ପିତା ଯେଉଁ କୁକର୍ମ ରେ ଲିପ୍ତ ଥିଲେ ସେ ମଧ୍ଯ ସହେି ସବୁ ପାପକର୍ମ କରି ଚାଲିଲେ। ସେ ତାଙ୍କର ପୂର୍ବପୁରୁଷ ଦାଉଦଙ୍କ ପରି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତାଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ସର୍ବାନ୍ତଃକରଣ ରେ ବିଶ୍ବସ୍ତ ନଥିଲେ।
