ଏହାପରେ ରାଜା ଓ ତାଙ୍କର ଲୋକମାନେ ୟିରକ୍ସ୍ଟଶାଲମ ରେ ବାସ କରୁଥିବା ୟିବୂଷୀଯମାନଙ୍କ ବିରକ୍ସ୍ଟଦ୍ଧ ରେ ୟକ୍ସ୍ଟଦ୍ଧ କରିବାକୁ ଗଲେ। ଏହି ୟିବୂଷୀଯମାନେ ଦାଉଦଙ୍କକ୍ସ୍ଟ କହିଲେ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଏହି ସ୍ଥାନକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଆସି ପାରିବ ନାହିଁ। ଏପରିକି ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଅନ୍ଧ ଓ ଅର୍ଥବ ଲୋକମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଅଟକାଇ ପାରିବେ। ସମାନେେ ଏହି ଚିନ୍ତାଧାରା ପ୍ରକାଶ କଲେ ଯେ, ସମାନଙ୍କେର ନଗର ରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଦାଉଦ ଅକ୍ଷମ ହବେେ।

ଏହାପରେ ରାଜା ଓ ତାଙ୍କର ଲୋକମାନେ ୟିରକ୍ସ୍ଟଶାଲମ ରେ ବାସ କରୁଥିବା ୟିବୂଷୀଯମାନଙ୍କ ବିରକ୍ସ୍ଟଦ୍ଧ ରେ ୟକ୍ସ୍ଟଦ୍ଧ କରିବାକୁ ଗଲେ। ଏହି ୟିବୂଷୀଯମାନେ ଦାଉଦଙ୍କକ୍ସ୍ଟ କହିଲେ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଏହି ସ୍ଥାନକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଆସି ପାରିବ ନାହିଁ। ଏପରିକି ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଅନ୍ଧ ଓ ଅର୍ଥବ ଲୋକମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଅଟକାଇ ପାରିବେ। ସମାନେେ ଏହି ଚିନ୍ତାଧାରା ପ୍ରକାଶ କଲେ ଯେ, ସମାନଙ୍କେର ନଗର ରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଦାଉଦ ଅକ୍ଷମ ହବେେ।
