ସହେି ସମୟରେ ହଠାତ୍ ମନୁଷ୍ଯର ଏକ ହସ୍ତ ଦଶୃମାନ ହେଲା ଓ ରାଜପ୍ରାସାଦର କାନ୍ଥର ଲପନେ ଉପ ରେ ଅଙ୍ଗୁଳି ରେ ଲେଖିଲା। ସହେି ହସ୍ତ ଦୀପରୂଖା ନିକଟସ୍ଥ ରାଜପ୍ରାସାଦ କାନ୍ଥ ରେ ଲେଖୁଥିଲା। ଆଉ ରାଜା ଲେଖୁଥିବା ସ୍ବହସ୍ତର ଅଂଶ ଦେଖୁଥିଲେ।

the candlestick נֶבְרַשְׁתָּ֔א nebrĕšāʾ nev-reh-SHA
upon עַל ʿal al
the plaister גִּירָ֕א gîr ɡeer
of דִּֽי dî dee
the wall כְתַ֥ל kĕtal keh-TAHL
palace: הֵיכְלָ֖א hêkal hay-HAHL
of דִּ֣י dî dee
the king's מַלְכָּ֑א melek meh-LEK
and the king וּמַלְכָּ֣א melek meh-LEK
saw חָזֵ֔ה ḥăzāʾ huh-ZA
the part פַּ֥ס pas pahs
of the hand יְדָ֖א yad yahd
that דִּ֥י dî dee
wrote. כָתְבָֽה׃ kĕtab keh-TAHV
