Deuteronomy 13:16
ଆଉ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ତହିଁର ଲକ୍ସ୍ଟଟିତ ଦ୍ରବ୍ଯ ସବୁ ନଗର ମଧିଅରେ ସଂଗ୍ରହ କର ଓ ନଇୟୋଅ, ସହେି ନଗରକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ସେଥି ମଧିଅରେ ଥିବା ସମସ୍ତ ସାମଗ୍ରିକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଆପଣା ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ଯ ରେ ଦଗ୍ଧ କର । ସହେି ସହର ସବୁ ଦିନ ପାଇଁ ଧ୍ବଂସ ହବୋ ଉଚିତ୍। ଆଉ ଏହା ପୂନଃନିର୍ମିତ ହବୋ ଉଚିତ୍ ନକ୍ସ୍ଟ ହେଁ।

| street the of | תּ֣וֹךְ | tôk | toke |
| thereof, and shalt burn | רְחֹבָהּ֒ | rĕḥōbāh | reh-hoh-VA |
| fire with | וְשָֽׂרַפְתָּ֙ | wĕśāraptā | veh-sa-rahf-TA |
| בָאֵ֜שׁ | bāʾēš | va-AYSH | |
| the city, | אֶת | ʾet | et |
| all and | הָעִ֤יר | hāʿîr | ha-EER |
| the spoil | וְאֶת | wĕʾet | veh-ET |
| thereof every whit, | כָּל | kāl | kahl |
| Lord the for | שְׁלָלָהּ֙ | šĕlālāh | sheh-la-LA |
| thy God: | כָּלִ֔יל | kālîl | ka-LEEL |
| be shall it and | לַֽיהוָ֖ה | layhwâ | lai-VA |
| an heap | אֱלֹהֶ֑יךָ | ʾĕlōhêkā | ay-loh-HAY-ha |
| for ever; | וְהָֽיְתָה֙ | wĕhāyĕtāh | veh-ha-yeh-TA |
| not shall it | תֵּ֣ל | tēl | tale |
