କାରଣ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଯାହା କହିବାକୁ ଚାହୁଁ, ତାହା କହିବା ଓ ଏହା ଘଟିବ। ଆଉ ଅଧିକ ବିଳମ୍ବ ହବେ ନାହିଁ। ବିଦ୍ରୋହୀ ଲୋକମାନେ, ତୁମ୍ଭ ସମୟରେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଏକ ଘାଷେଣା କରିବା ଓ ଏହା ଘଟିବ। ଏହା ହିଁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମାରେ ପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି।
