ଏଣୁ ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ହସ୍ତ ବିସ୍ତାର କରିଅଛି। ଲୁଣ୍ଠିତ ଦ୍ରବ୍ଯ ରୂପେ ଅନ୍ୟ ଦେଶୀଯମାନଙ୍କ ହସ୍ତ ରେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ହସ୍ତାନ୍ତର କରିବି। ମୁଁ ଅନ୍ୟ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ପୃଥକ୍ କରିବି ଓ ଦେଶର ମାନଚିତ୍ରରୁ ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ପୋଛି ଦବେି। ଆଉ ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଧ୍ବଂସ କରିବି। ତେଣୁ ଏହା ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଜାଣିବ ଯେ, ମୁଁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଅଟେ।'

ଏଣୁ ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ହସ୍ତ ବିସ୍ତାର କରିଅଛି। ଲୁଣ୍ଠିତ ଦ୍ରବ୍ଯ ରୂପେ ଅନ୍ୟ ଦେଶୀଯମାନଙ୍କ ହସ୍ତ ରେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ହସ୍ତାନ୍ତର କରିବି। ମୁଁ ଅନ୍ୟ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ପୃଥକ୍ କରିବି ଓ ଦେଶର ମାନଚିତ୍ରରୁ ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ପୋଛି ଦବେି। ଆଉ ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଧ୍ବଂସ କରିବି। ତେଣୁ ଏହା ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଜାଣିବ ଯେ, ମୁଁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଅଟେ।'
