ସମୁଦାଯ ଉପହାର ଭୂମିର ର୍ଦୈଘ୍ଯ 25,000 ହାତ ଓ ପ୍ରସ୍ଥ 25,000 ହାତ ହବେ। ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ବ୍ଯବହାର ନିମନ୍ତେ ଏହି ଭୂମିକୁ ବ୍ଯବହାର କରାୟିବ। ସେଥିରୁ ଏକ ଭାଗ ଯାଜକମାନଙ୍କ ନିମନ୍ତେ, ଏକ ଭାଗ ଲବେୀୟମାନଙ୍କ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଓ ଏକ ଭାଗ ନଗର ନିମନ୍ତେ ରହିବ।
