ବନ୍ଦୀମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଶିକୁଳି ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କର। କାରଣ ରକ୍ତପାତରୂପ ଅପରାଧ ରେ ଦେଶ ପରିପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଓ ଦୌରାତ୍ମ୍ଯ ରେ ନଗର ପରିପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ହବେ।
