Ezekiel 7:4
ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ କୌଣସି ଦୟା ଦଖାଇବୋ ନାହିଁ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଅନୁକମ୍ପା କରିବା ନାହିଁ। କିନ୍ତୁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ମନ୍ଦ କାର୍ୟ୍ଯ ପାଇଁ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭର ସମସ୍ତ ଘୃଣ୍ଯ ପ୍ରଥା ପାଇଁ ଦଣ୍ଡିତ କରିବା। ଯାହା ଫଳ ରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଜାଣିବ ଯେ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ହିଁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ।

| pity: have I will | אֶחְמ֑וֹל | ʾeḥmôl | ek-MOLE |
| but | כִּ֣י | kî | kee |
| recompense will I | דְרָכַ֜יִךְ | dĕrākayik | deh-ra-HA-yeek |
| thy ways | עָלַ֣יִךְ | ʿālayik | ah-LA-yeek |
| upon | אֶתֵּ֗ן | ʾettēn | eh-TANE |
| abominations thine and thee, | וְתוֹעֲבוֹתַ֙יִךְ֙ | wĕtôʿăbôtayik | veh-toh-uh-voh-TA-yeek |
| shall be | בְּתוֹכֵ֣ךְ | bĕtôkēk | beh-toh-HAKE |
| midst the in | תִּֽהְיֶ֔יןָ | tihĕyênā | tee-heh-YAY-na |
| know shall ye and thee: of | וִידַעְתֶּ֖ם | wîdaʿtem | vee-da-TEM |
| that | כִּֽי | kî | kee |
| I | אֲנִ֥י | ʾănî | uh-NEE |
