Ezekiel 7:9
ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ କୌଣସି ଦୟା ଦଖାଇବୋ ନାହିଁ କି ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଅନୁକମ୍ପା କରିବା ନାହିଁ। ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ମନ୍ଦ କର୍ମ ୟୋଗୁ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭ ମଧିଅରେ ଥିବା ଘୃଣା ପ୍ରଥା ଯୋଗୁଁ ଦଣ୍ଡିତ କରିବା। ଏବଂ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଜାଣିବ ଯେ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ୟିଏ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଆଘାତ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

| I will recompense | כִּדְרָכַ֜יִךְ | kidrākayik | keed-ra-HA-yeek |
| עָלַ֣יִךְ | ʿālayik | ah-LA-yeek | |
| ways thy to according thee | אֶתֵּ֗ן | ʾettēn | eh-TANE |
| abominations thine and | וְתוֹעֲבוֹתַ֙יִךְ֙ | wĕtôʿăbôtayik | veh-toh-uh-voh-TA-yeek |
| that are | בְּתוֹכֵ֣ךְ | bĕtôkēk | beh-toh-HAKE |
| in the midst | תִּֽהְיֶ֔יןָ | tihĕyênā | tee-heh-YAY-na |
| know shall ye and thee; of | וִֽידַעְתֶּ֕ם | wîdaʿtem | vee-da-TEM |
| that | כִּ֛י | kî | kee |
| I | אֲנִ֥י | ʾănî | uh-NEE |
| Lord the am | יְהוָ֖ה | yĕhwâ | yeh-VA |
| that smiteth. | מַכֶּֽה׃ | makke | ma-KEH |
