Ezra 10
1 ଏଜ୍ରା ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଗୃହ ସମ୍ମୁଖ ରେ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରୁଥିଲେ ଓ ତାଙ୍କର ଦୋଷ ସ୍ବୀକାର କରୁଥିଲେ। ଏହି ସମୟରେ ସେ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ମନ୍ଦିର ସମ୍ମୁଖ ରେ ନତମସ୍ତକ ହାଇେ କ୍ରନ୍ଦନ କରୁଥିଲେ। ଏଜ୍ରା ଏପରି କରୁଥିବା ସମୟରେ ଦଳେ ଲୋକ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ପୁରୁଷମାନେ, ସ୍ତ୍ରୀମାନେ ଓ ପିଲାମାନେ ତାଙ୍କ ଚତୁଃପାଶର୍ବ ରେ ଘରେି ରହିଥିଲେ। ସହେି ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲୀୟମାନେ ମଧ୍ଯ ଅତିଶଯ କ୍ରନ୍ଦନ କରୁଥିଲେ।
2 ଏହାପରେ ଏଲାମର ବଂଶଧରମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ୟିହୀଯଲରେ ପୁତ୍ର ଶଖନିଯ ଏଜ୍ରାଙ୍କୁ କହିଲା, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଆମ୍ଭର ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କୁ ବିଶ୍ବାସଘାତ କରୁଛୁ। ଆମ୍ଭେ ଅନ୍ୟ ଦେଶୀଯମାନଙ୍କୁ ବିବାହ କରିଛୁ। କିନ୍ତୁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଏପରି କଲେ ମଧ୍ଯ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ଭରସା ଅଛି।
3 ଏବେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଆମ୍ଭ ପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ଓ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଆଜ୍ଞା ରେ କମ୍ପିତ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାନୁସା ରେ ଏହିସବୁ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ଓ ଏମାନଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଜାତ ସନ୍ତାନମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦୂର କରିଦବୋ ପାଇଁ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଚୁକ୍ତି କରିବା ଏବଂ ଏହା ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥାନୁସା ରେ କରାଯାଉ।
4 ହେ ଏଜ୍ରା, ଉଠନ୍ତୁ, କାରଣ ଏହା ତୁମ୍ଭ ଉପରେ ଏହି କାର୍ୟ୍ଯର ଭାର ଅଛି, ତେଣୁ ଆମ୍ଭମାନେେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ କରିବୁ। ସାହସିକ ହାଇେ ଏହି କାର୍ୟ୍ଯ କରନ୍ତୁ।
5 ତେଣୁ ଏଜ୍ରା ଉଠିଲେ। ସହେି ବାକ୍ଯ ଅନୁସାରେ କାର୍ୟ୍ଯ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଯାଜକମାନଙ୍କର, ଲବେୀୟମାନଙ୍କର ଓ ସମଗ୍ର ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ପ୍ରଧାନବର୍ଗ ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା କରାଇଲେ।
6 ଏହାପରେ ଏଜ୍ରା ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଗୃହ ସମ୍ମୁଖରୁ ଉଠିଗଲେ। ଏହାପରେ ଇଲିଯାଶୀବର ପୁତ୍ର ୟିହୋହାନନର କୋଠରୀକୁ ଗଲେ। ଏଜ୍ରା ସଠାେରେ ରହିବା ସମୟରେ ସେ କୌଣସି ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଖାଇ ନଥିଲେ, କି ଜଳପାନ କରିନଥିଲେ। ସେ ଏପରି କରିଥିଲେ କାରଣ ସେ ବହୁତ ଦୁଃଖିତ ଥିଲେ। ସେ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲମାନଙ୍କ ପାପ ପାଇଁ ବହୁତ ଦୁଃଖିତ ଥିଲେ ଯେଉଁମାନେ ୟିରୁଶାଲମକୁ ଫରେି ଆସିଥିଲେ।
7 ଏହାପରେ ସେ ଯିହୁଦା ଓ ୟିରୁଶାଲମର ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ପ୍ରାନ୍ତରକୁ ଖବର ପଠାଇଲେ। ଏବଂ ସେ ସହେି ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ, ଯେଉଁମାନେ ବନ୍ଦୀତ୍ବରୁ ଫରେି ଆସିଥିଲେ, ସମାନଙ୍କେ ନିକଟରେ ଘାଷେଣା କରି କହିଲେ, ସମାନେେ ୟିରୁଶାଲମ ରେ ଏକତ୍ରୀତ ହବେେ।
8 ଯଦି କୌଣସି ଲୋକ ତିନି ଦିନ ମଧିଅରେ ୟିରୁଶାଲମକୁ ନ ଆସିବ, ତବେେ ତାର ସମସ୍ତ ସମ୍ପତ୍ତି ହରଣ କରାୟିବ। ଏହି ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ଅଧିପତିମାନେ ଓ ପ୍ରାଚୀନବର୍ଗମାନେ ନଇେଥିଲେ ଓ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ମଧ୍ଯ ବନ୍ଦୀତ୍ବର ସମାଜରୁ ପୃଥକ କରାୟିବ।
9 ତେଣୁ ଯିହୁଦା ଓ ବିନ୍ଯାମିନର ସମଗ୍ର ଲୋକ ତିନିଦିନ ମଧିଅରେ ୟିରୁଶାଲମ ରେ ଏକତ୍ରୀତ ହେଲ। ସହେିଦିନ ନବମ ମାସର ବିଂଶତିତମ ଦିନ ଥିଲା। ଆଉ ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକେ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଗୃହର ସମ୍ମୁଖସ୍ଥ ଛକରେ ବସି ଉକ୍ତ ବିଷଯ ଓ ମହାବୃଷ୍ଟି ସକାଶୁ କମ୍ପିତ ହୋଉଥିଲେ।
10 ଏହାପରେ ଯାଜକ ଏଜ୍ରା ଠିଆ ହାଇେ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଅବିଶ୍ବସ୍ତ ହାଇେଅଛ ଓ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ଦୋଷ ବଢାଇଅଛ, କାରଣ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଅଣ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲୀୟ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ବିବାହ କରିଅଛ।
11 ଏଣୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ପିତୃଗଣର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ପ୍ରକାଶ କର। ତାଙ୍କର ତୁଷ୍ଟିଜନକ କାର୍ୟ୍ଯ କର। ଦେଶସ୍ଥ ଅନ୍ୟ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀଯମାନଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଓ ଅନ୍ୟ ଦେଶୀଯା ସ୍ତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କୁ ପୃଥକ କର।
12 ଏହାପରେ ସମଗ୍ର ସମାଜ ଏକତ୍ରୀତ ହାଇେ ଏଜ୍ରାଙ୍କୁ ଉତ୍ତର ଦଇେ କହିଲେ, ହେ ଏଜ୍ରା, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଠିକ୍ କହିଛ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆମ୍ଭକୁ ଯାହା କହିଲ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଠିକ୍ ସହେିପରି କରିବୁ।
13 କିନ୍ତୁ ଏଠା ରେ ବହୁତ ଲୋକ ଅଛନ୍ତି ଏବଂ ଏହା ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ବୃଷ୍ଟିର ସମୟ। ଆଉ ଆମ୍ଭମାନେେ ବାହା ରେ ଠିଆ ହବୋ ଅସମ୍ଭବ। ଏବଂ ଏହା ଅଳ୍ପ ଦିନର କାର୍ୟ୍ଯ ନୁହେଁ, ଯେ ହତେୁ ଏହି ବିଷଯ ରେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନେେ ମହା ଅପରାଧ କରିଅଛୁ।
14 ଏଣୁ ସମଗ୍ର ସମାଜ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଅଧିପତିମାନେ ନିୟୁକ୍ତ ହୁଅନ୍ତୁ। ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକମାନେ ଅଣ-ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲୀୟ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ବିବାହ କରିଛନ୍ତି, ସମାନେେ ସମସ୍ତେ ନିରୁପିତ ସମୟରେ ଆସନ୍ତୁ ଓ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ସଙ୍ଗେ ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ନଗରର ପ୍ରାଚୀନଗଣ ଓ ବିଗ୍ଭର କର୍ତ୍ତାଗଣ ଆସନ୍ତୁ। ଆମ୍ଭ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କର କୋରଧ ଯେପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ଅତିକ୍ରମ ନ ହାଇେଛି ଏହି କାରଣ ଯୋଗୁଁ ଏହି ବିଷଯ ଗ୍ରହଣୀଯ ହବେ ନାହିଁ।
15 ଏହି କଥା ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ କବଳେ ଆସା ହେଲର ପୁତ୍ର ଯୋନାଥନ ଓ ତିକ୍ବର ପୁତ୍ର ୟହସିଯ ଉଠିଲେ। ଆଉ ମସୁଲମ୍ ଓ ଲବେୀୟ ଶଦ୍ଦଥଯ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ସାହାୟ୍ଯ କଲେ।
16 ମାତ୍ର ବନ୍ଦୀତ୍ବରୁ ସନ୍ତାନମାନେ ସହେିପରି କର୍ମ କଲେ। ପୁଣି ଯାଜକ ଏଜ୍ରା ସଇେ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ବାଛିଲେ, ଯେଉଁମାନେ ପରିବାରର ମୁଖ୍ଯ ଥିଲେ। ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ପରିବାରରୁ ଜଣେ ଲଖାେଁଏ ବଛାଗଲେ। ଆଉ ସମାନେେ ଦଶମ ମାସର ପ୍ରଥମ ଦିନ ସହେି ବିଷଯ ଅନୁସନ୍ଧାନ କରିବାକୁ ବସିଲେ।
17 ପୁଣି ସମାନେେ ପ୍ରଥମ ମାସର ପ୍ରଥମ ଦିନ ରେ ଅନ୍ୟ ଦେଶୀଯା ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ ବିବାହକାରୀ ପୁରୁଷ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କର ବିଗ୍ଭର ସମାପ୍ତ କଲେ।
18 ଯାଜକମାନଙ୍କ ବଂଶଗଣ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ଯେଉଁମାନେ ଅନ୍ୟ ଦେଶୀଯା ସ୍ତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ବିବାହ କରିଥିଲେ, ସମାନେେ ହେଲ ଯଥା:
19 ଏମାନେ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ସ୍ତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦୂର କରି ଦବେେ ବୋଲି କଥା ଦେଲେ। ଆଉ ଦୋଷୀ ହବୋରୁ ସମାନେେ ନିଜ ନିଜର ଦୋଷ ସକାେଶ ପଲରୁ ଏକ ଏକ ମଷେ ଦୋଷାର୍ଥକବଳି ରୂପେ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କଲେ।
20 ଆଉ ଇମ୍ମରରେ ବଂଶଧରମାନଙ୍କୁ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ହନାନି ଓ ସବଦିଯ।
21 ହାରିମର ବଂଶଧରମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ମା ସଯେ ଓ ଏଲୀଯ ଓ ଶମଯିଯ ୟିହୀଯଲେ ଓ ଉଷିୟ।
22 ପଶହୂରର ସନ୍ତାନମାନଙ୍କର ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ଇଲଯୋ-ଐନଯ, ମା ସଯେ, ଇଶ୍ମାଯଲେ, ନଥନଲେ, ୟୋଷାବଦ୍ ଓ ଇଲିଯାସା,
23 ଆଉ ଲବେୀୟମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ୟୋଷାବଦ୍, ଶିମିଯି ଓ କଲାଯ, ଏହାକୁ କଲିଟ୍ କହନ୍ତି, ପଥାହିଯ, ଯିହୁଦା ଓ ଇଲୀଯଷେର,
24 ଗାଯକମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ଇଲୀଯାଶୀବ୍, ଦ୍ବାରପାଳକମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ଶଲ୍ଲୁମ୍ ଓ ଟଲେମ୍ ଓ ଊରି।
25 ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ମଧିଅରେ
26 ଏଲମର ବଂଶଧରଗଣ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ମତ୍ତନିଯ, ଜିଖରିଯ, ୟିହୀଯଲେ ଅବ୍ଦି, ଯିରମୋେତ୍ ଓ ଏଲୀଯ।
27 ସତ୍ତୁର ବଂଶଧରଗଣ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ଇଲିଯୋ-ଐନଯ, ଇଲୀଯାଶୀବ୍ ଓ ମତ୍ତନିଯ, ଯିରମୋେତ୍, ୟାବତ୍ ଓ ଅସୀସା।
28 ବବଯରେ ସନ୍ତାନଗଣ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ଯିହାହୋନନ୍, ହବାନିଯ, ସଜଯ ଓ ଅତ୍ତଲଯ।
29 ଆଉ ବାନିର ବଂଶଧରଗଣ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ମଶୁଲ୍ଲମ୍, ମଲ୍ଲକ ଓ ଅଦାଯା, ଯାଶୂବ୍, ଶାଲ ଓ ଯି ରମୋେତ୍।
30 ଆଉ ପହତ୍ ମାୟୋବର ବଂଶଧରଗଣ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ଅଦନ ଓ କଲାଲ୍, ବନାଯ, ମା ସଯେ, ମତ୍ତିନିଯ, ବତ୍ସଲଲେ ଓ ବିନ୍ନୁଯୀ ଓ ମନଶି।
31 ହାରିମର ବଂଶଧରଗଣ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ଇଲୀଯଷେର, ୟିଶିଯ, ମଲ୍ଲିଯ, ଶମଯିଯ,ଶିମିଯୋନ,
32 ବିନ୍ଯାମୀନ, ମଲ୍ଲୂକ, ଶମରିଯ,
33 ହଶୂମର ବଂଶଧରଗଣ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ମତ୍ତନଯ ମତ୍ତତ୍ତ, ସାବଦ୍, ଇଲିଫଲେଟ୍, ୟି ରମେଯ, ମନଃଶି, ଶିମିଯି।
34 ବାନିର ବଂଶଧରଗଣ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ମାଦଯ, ଅମ୍ରାମ ଓ ଉଯଲେ,
35 ବନାଯ, ବଦେିଯା, କଲୂହ,
36 ବନିଯ, ମରମୋେତ୍, ଇଲୀଯାଶୀବ୍,
37 ମତ୍ତନିଯ, ମତ୍ତନଯ ଓ ୟାଶଯ।
38 ଏବଂ ବିନ୍ନୁଯି, ଶିମିଯିର ଭବିଷ୍ଯତ୍ ବଂଶଧର ମଧ୍ଯରୁ
39 ଶଲେିମିଯ, ନାଥନ୍ ଓ ଅଦାଯା,
40 ମଗ୍ନଦହବଯ, ଶାଶଯ, ଶାରଯ,
41 ଅସ ରେଲ, ଶଲେିମିଯ, ଶମରିଯ,
42 ଶଲ୍ଲୁମ୍, ଅମରିଯ ଓ ଯୋଷେଫ୍।
43 ନବୋର ବଂଶଧରଗଣ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ୟିଯଯଲେ, ମତ୍ତଥିଯ, ସାବଦ୍, ସବୀନଃ, ଇଦୋ, ୟୋଯଲ ଓ ବନାଯ।
44 ଏସମସ୍ତ, ଲୋକମାନେ ଅଣ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲୀୟ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ବିବାହ କରିଥିଲେ। ଆଉ ସମାନେେ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ବିଦେଶୀନି ସ୍ତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ସନ୍ତାନମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ପଠଇେ ଦେଲେ।
1 Now when Ezra had prayed, and when he had confessed, weeping and casting himself down before the house of God, there assembled unto him out of Israel a very great congregation of men and women and children: for the people wept very sore.
2 And Shechaniah the son of Jehiel, one of the sons of Elam, answered and said unto Ezra, We have trespassed against our God, and have taken strange wives of the people of the land: yet now there is hope in Israel concerning this thing.
3 Now therefore let us make a covenant with our God to put away all the wives, and such as are born of them, according to the counsel of my lord, and of those that tremble at the commandment of our God; and let it be done according to the law.
4 Arise; for this matter belongeth unto thee: we also will be with thee: be of good courage, and do it.
5 Then arose Ezra, and made the chief priests, the Levites, and all Israel, to swear that they should do according to this word. And they sware.
6 Then Ezra rose up from before the house of God, and went into the chamber of Johanan the son of Eliashib: and when he came thither, he did eat no bread, nor drink water: for he mourned because of the transgression of them that had been carried away.
7 And they made proclamation throughout Judah and Jerusalem unto all the children of the captivity, that they should gather themselves together unto Jerusalem;
8 And that whosoever would not come within three days, according to the counsel of the princes and the elders, all his substance should be forfeited, and himself separated from the congregation of those that had been carried away.
9 Then all the men of Judah and Benjamin gathered themselves together unto Jerusalem within three days. It was the ninth month, on the twentieth day of the month; and all the people sat in the street of the house of God, trembling because of this matter, and for the great rain.
10 And Ezra the priest stood up, and said unto them, Ye have transgressed, and have taken strange wives, to increase the trespass of Israel.
11 Now therefore make confession unto the Lord God of your fathers, and do his pleasure: and separate yourselves from the people of the land, and from the strange wives.
12 Then all the congregation answered and said with a loud voice, As thou hast said, so must we do.
13 But the people are many, and it is a time of much rain, and we are not able to stand without, neither is this a work of one day or two: for we are many that have transgressed in this thing.
14 Let now our rulers of all the congregation stand, and let all them which have taken strange wives in our cities come at appointed times, and with them the elders of every city, and the judges thereof, until the fierce wrath of our God for this matter be turned from us.
15 Only Jonathan the son of Asahel and Jahaziah the son of Tikvah were employed about this matter: and Meshullam and Shabbethai the Levite helped them.
16 And the children of the captivity did so. And Ezra the priest, with certain chief of the fathers, after the house of their fathers, and all of them by their names, were separated, and sat down in the first day of the tenth month to examine the matter.
17 And they made an end with all the men that had taken strange wives by the first day of the first month.
18 And among the sons of the priests there were found that had taken strange wives: namely, of the sons of Jeshua the son of Jozadak, and his brethren; Maaseiah, and Eliezer, and Jarib, and Gedaliah.
19 And they gave their hands that they would put away their wives; and being guilty, they offered a ram of the flock for their trespass.
20 And of the sons of Immer; Hanani, and Zebadiah.
21 And of the sons of Harim; Maaseiah, and Elijah, and Shemaiah, and Jehiel, and Uzziah.
22 And of the sons of Pashur; Elioenai, Maaseiah, Ishmael, Nethaneel, Jozabad, and Elasah.
23 Also of the Levites; Jozabad, and Shimei, and Kelaiah, (the same is Kelita,) Pethahiah, Judah, and Eliezer.
24 Of the singers also; Eliashib: and of the porters; Shallum, and Telem, and Uri.
25 Moreover of Israel: of the sons of Parosh; Ramiah, and Jeziah, and Malchiah, and Miamin, and Eleazar, and Malchijah, and Benaiah.
26 And of the sons of Elam; Mattaniah, Zechariah, and Jehiel, and Abdi, and Jeremoth, and Eliah.
27 And of the sons of Zattu; Elioenai, Eliashib, Mattaniah, and Jeremoth, and Zabad, and Aziza.
28 Of the sons also of Bebai; Jehohanan, Hananiah, Zabbai, and Athlai.
29 And of the sons of Bani; Meshullam, Malluch, and Adaiah, Jashub, and Sheal, and Ramoth.
30 And of the sons of Pahath-moab; Adna, and Chelal, Benaiah, Maaseiah, Mattaniah, Bezaleel, and Binnui, and Manasseh.
31 And of the sons of Harim; Eliezer, Ishijah, Malchiah, Shemaiah, Shimeon,
32 Benjamin, Malluch, and Shemariah.
33 Of the sons of Hashum; Mattenai, Mattathah, Zabad, Eliphelet, Jeremai, Manasseh, and Shimei.
34 Of the sons of Bani; Maadai, Amram, and Uel,
35 Benaiah, Bedeiah, Chelluh,
36 Vaniah, Meremoth, Eliashib,
37 Mattaniah, Mattenai, and Jaasau,
38 And Bani, and Binnui, Shimei,
39 And Shelemiah, and Nathan, and Adaiah,
40 Machnadebai, Shashai, Sharai,
41 Azareel, and Shelemiah, Shemariah,
42 Shallum, Amariah, and Joseph.
43 Of the sons of Nebo; Jeiel, Mattithiah, Zabad, Zebina, Jadau, and Joel, Benaiah.
44 All these had taken strange wives: and some of them had wives by whom they had children.

And it came to pass, as he went to Jerusalem, that he passed through the midst of Samaria and Galilee.

13 இயேசு ஐயரே, எங்களுக்கு இரங்கும் என்று சத்தமிட்டார்கள்.
And they lifted up their voices, and said, Jesus, Master, have mercy on us.
14 அவர்களை அவர் பார்த்து: நீங்கள்போய், ஆசாரியர்களுக்கு உங்களைக் காண்பியுங்கள் என்றார். அந்தப்படி அவர்கள் போகையில் சுத்தமானார்கள்.
And when he saw them, he said unto them, Go shew yourselves unto the priests. And it came to pass, that, as they went, they were cleansed.
15 அவர்களில் ஒருவன் தான் ஆரோக்கியமானதைக் கண்டு, திரும்பிவந்து, உரத்த சத்தத்தோடே தேவனை மகிமைப்படுத்தி,
And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, and with a loud voice glorified God,
16 அவருடைய பாதத்தருகே முகங்குப்புற விழுந்து, அவருக்கு ஸ்தோத்திரஞ்செலுத்தினான்; அவன் சமாரியனாயிருந்தான்.
And fell down on his face at his feet, giving him thanks: and he was a Samaritan.
17 அப்பொழுது இயேசு: சுத்தமானவர்கள் பத்துப்பேர் அல்லவா, மற்ற ஒன்பதுபேர் எங்கே?
And Jesus answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine?
18 தேவனை மகிமைப்படுத்துகிறதற்கு, இந்த அந்நியனே ஒழிய மற்றொருவனும் திரும்பிவரக்காணோமே என்று சொல்லி
There are not found that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger.
19 அவனை நோக்கி: நீ எழுந்துபோ, உன் விசுவாசம் உன்னை இரட்சித்தது என்றார்.
And he said unto him, Arise, go thy way: thy faith hath made thee whole.
20 தேவனுடைய ராஜ்யம் எப்பொழுது வருமென்று, பரிசேயர் அவரிடத்தில் கேட்டபொழுது, அவர்களுக்கு அவர் பிரதியுத்தரமாக. தேவனுடைய ராஜ்யம் பிரத்தியட்சமாய் வராது.
And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:
21 இதோ, இங்கே என்றும், அதோ, அங்கே என்றும் சொல்லப்படுகிறதற்கும் ஏதுவிராது; இதோ, தேவனுடைய ராஜ்யம் உங்களுக்குள் இருக்கிறதே என்றார்.
Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.
22 பின்பு அவர் சீஷர்களை நோக்கி: மனுஷகுமாரனுடைய நாட்களிலொன்றைக் காணவேண்டுமென்று நீங்கள் ஆசைப்படுங்காலம் வரும்; ஆனாலும் அதைக் காணமாட்டீர்கள்.
And he said unto the disciples, The days will come, when ye shall desire to see one of the days of the Son of man, and ye shall not see it.
23 இதோ, இங்கே என்றும், அதோ, அங்கே என்றும், சிலர் உங்களிடத்தில் சொல்லுவார்கள், நீங்களோ போகாமலும் பின்தொடராமலும் இருங்கள்.
And they shall say to you, See here; or, see there: go not after them, nor follow them.
24 மின்னல் வானத்தின் ஒரு திசையில்தோன்றி மறுதிசைவரைக்கும் பிரகாசிக்கிறது போல மனுஷகுமாரனும் தம்முடைய நாளிலே தோன்றுவார்.
For as the lightning, that lighteneth out of the one part under heaven, shineth unto the other part under heaven; so shall also the Son of man be in his day.
25 அதற்கு முன்பு அவர் அநேகம் பாடுபட்டு, இந்தச் சந்ததியினால் ஆகாதவனென்று தள்ளப்படவேண்டியதாயிருக்கிறது.
But first must he suffer many things, and be rejected of this generation.
26 நோவாவின் நாட்களில் நடந்ததுபோல மனுஷகுமாரனுடைய நாட்களிலும் நடக்கும்.
And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man.
27 நோவா பேழைக்குள் பிரவேசித்த நாள்வரைக்கும் ஜனங்கள் புசித்துக் குடித்தார்கள், பெண்கொண்டு கொடுத்தார்கள்; ஜலப்பிரளயம் வந்து எல்லாரையும் அழித்துப்போட்டது.
They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all.
28 லோத்தினுடைய நாட்களில் நடந்ததுபோலவும் நடக்கும்; ஜனங்கள் புசித்தார்கள், குடித்தார்கள், கொண்டார்கள், விற்றார்கள், நட்டார்கள், கட்டினார்கள்.
Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded;
29 லோத்து சோதோமை விட்டுப் புறப்பட்ட நாளிலே வானத்திலிருந்து அக்கினியும் கந்தகமும் வருஷித்து, எல்லாரையும் அழித்துப்போட்டது.
But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all.
30 மனுஷகுமாரன் வெளிப்படும் நாளிலும் அப்படியே நடக்கும்.
Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.
31 அந்த நாளிலே வீட்டின் மேலிருப்பவன் வீட்டிலுள்ள தன் பண்டங்களை எடுத்துக்கொண்டுபோக இறங்காமல் இருக்கக்கடவன்; அப்படியே வயலிலிருக்கிறவன் பின்னிட்டுத் திரும்பாமலும் இருக்கக்கடவன்.
In that day, he which shall be upon the housetop, and his stuff in the house, let him not come down to take it away: and he that is in the field, let him likewise not return back.
32 லோத்தின் மனைவியை நினைத்துக்கொள்ளுங்கள்.
Remember Lot’s wife.
33 தன் ஜீவனை இரட்சிக்க வகைதேடுகிறவன் அதை இழந்துபோவான்; இழந்துபோகிறவன் அதை உயிர்ப்பித்துக்கொள்ளுவான்.
Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it; and whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it.
34 அந்த இராத்திரியில் ஒரே படுக்கையில் படுத்திருக்கிற இரண்டுபேரில் ஒருவன் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்படுவான், மற்றவன் கைவிடப்படுவான்.
I tell you, in that night there shall be two men in one bed; the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left.
35 திரிகை திரிக்கிற இரண்டு ஸ்திரீகளில் ஒருத்தி ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்படுவாள், மற்றவள் கைவிடப்படுவாள்.
Two women shall be grinding together; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
36 வயலிலிருக்கிற இரண்டுபேரில் ஒருவன் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்படுவான், மற்றவன் கைவிடப்படுவான் என்று உங்களுக்குச் சொல்லுகிறேன் என்றார்.
Two men shall be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
