ପ୍ରଦେଶର ଏହି ଲୋକମାନେ ୟୁଦ୍ଧ ବନ୍ଦୀରୁ ମୁକ୍ତିପାଇ ଫରେି ଆସିଲେ। ଅତୀତ ରେ ବାବିଲର ରାଜା ନବୂଖଦ୍ନିତ୍ସର ବନ୍ଦୀ ଭାବରେ ବାବିଲୋନକୁ ନଇୟୋଇଥିଲେ। ସହେି ଲୋକମାନେ ୟିରୁଶାଲମ ଓ ଯିହୁଦାକୁ ଫରେି ଆସିଲେ। ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ଲୋକେ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ନିଜ ନିଜ ସହରକୁ ଫରେି ଆସିଲେ।
