ବରେିଙ୍କ ପୁତ୍ର ହାେେଶୟଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଏହି ବାର୍ତ୍ତା ଆସିଲା। ଏହି ବାର୍ତ୍ତା ଯିହୁଦାର ରାଜା ଉଷିୟ, ଯୋଥମ, ଆହସ ଓ ହିଜିକିଯଙ୍କ ରାଜତ୍ବ କାଳ ରେ ଓ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ରାଜା ଯୋୟାସଙ୍କ ପୁତ୍ର ୟାରବିଯାମଙ୍କ ସମୟରେ ଆସିଥିଲା।
