ଏହା ମାରେ ଯୋଜନା ସମଗ୍ର ପୃଥିବୀ ପାଇଁ ଅଛି। ମୁଁ ସମସ୍ତ ଜାତିଗଣମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦଣ୍ଡ ଦବୋ ପାଇଁ ମାରେ ଶକ୍ତି ପ୍ରଯୋଗ କରିବି।'
