Isaiah 5:30
ସତଣୁ ସିଂହ' ଗର୍ଜ୍ଜନର ରବ, ସମୁଦ୍ର ଗର୍ଜ୍ଜନ ସଦୃଶସସମାଲନସଲାକମାନଙ୍କ ଉପସର ଗର୍ଜ୍ଜନ କରିଲବ। ବନ୍ଦୀମାଲନସଯଲତଲବଲଳ ଚାହିଁଲବସସଲତଲବଲଳସସମାଲନ କଲବଳ ଅନ୍ଧକାରସଦଖିଲବ। ସମସ୍ତ ଦୀପ୍ତି ଚାଲିୟାଇ କଲବଳ ଘନମଲଘ ମାଳାସର ଅନ୍ଧକାରସହାଇଥିଲବ।

| of the sea: | יָ֑ם | yām | yahm |
| look one if and | וְנִבַּ֤ט | wĕnibbaṭ | veh-nee-BAHT |
| unto the land, | לָאָ֙רֶץ֙ | lāʾāreṣ | la-AH-RETS |
| behold | וְהִנֵּה | wĕhinnē | veh-hee-NAY |
| darkness | חֹ֔שֶׁךְ | ḥōšek | HOH-shek |
| and sorrow, | צַ֣ר | ṣar | tsahr |
| light the and | וָא֔וֹר | wāʾôr | va-ORE |
| is darkened | חָשַׁ֖ךְ | ḥāšak | ha-SHAHK |
| in the heavens | בַּעֲרִיפֶֽיהָ׃ | baʿărîpêhā | ba-uh-ree-FAY-ha |
