Jeremiah 30 - DBY (Oriya)

1 The word that came to Jeremiah from Jehovah, saying,ଯିରିମିୟଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ଏହି ବାକ୍ଯ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହେଲା।

2 Thus speaketh Jehovah the God of Israel, saying, Write thee in a book all the words that I have spoken unto thee.ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି, ହେ ଯିରିମିୟ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଯେଉଁସବୁ କଥା କହିଅଛୁ, ତାହା ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଗୋଟିଏ ପୁସ୍ତକରେ ଲେଖି ରଖ।

3 For behold, the days come, saith Jehovah, when I will turn the captivity of my people Israel and Judah, saith Jehovah; and I will cause them to return to the land that I gave to their fathers, and they shall possess it.କାରଣ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି, ସମୟ ଆସିବ ଯେଉଁ ସମୟରେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ଲୋକ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ଓ ଯିହୁଦାର ବନ୍ଦୀତ୍ବ ଅବସ୍ଥା ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରିବା। ପୁଣି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି, ଏପରି ସମୟ ଆସିବ ଯେଉଁ ସମୟରେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ପୂର୍ବପୁରୁଷମାନଙ୍କୁ ଯେଉଁ ଦେଶ ଦଇେଅଛୁ, ସହେି ଦେଶକୁ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଫରୋଇ ଆଣିବା ଓ ସମାନେେ ତାହା ଅଧିକାର କରିବେ।

4 And these are the words that Jehovah hath spoken concerning Israel and concerning Judah;ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ଓ ଯିହୁଦା ବିଷଯ ରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହିଲେ।

5 for thus saith Jehovah: We have heard a voice of trembling, there is fear, and no peace.ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହା କହିଲେ,

6 Ask ye now, and see, whether a male doth travail with child? Wherefore do I see every man with his hands on his loins, as a woman in travail; and all faces are turned into paleness?ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ପଚାରି ବୁଝ, ସମାନେେ କ'ଣ ପ୍ରସବ ବଦନୋ ପାଉଛନ୍ତି ? ତାହା ନ ହେଲେ ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ପୁରୁଷ କାହିଁକି ପ୍ରସବ ବଦନୋ ପାଇଲା ପରି ଆପଣା କଟିଦେଶ ରେ ହସ୍ତ ରଖିଛନ୍ତି ଓ ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକଙ୍କର ମୁଖ ମଳିନ ପଡ଼ିଛି କାହିଁକି ?

7 Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob's trouble; but he shall be saved out of it.ଆହା, ସଦେିନ ଅତି ମହାନ୍। ତାହା ସମାନ ଆଉ ଦିନ ନାହିଁ। ତାହା ଯାକୁବର ସଙ୍କଟକାଳ, ମାତ୍ର ସେ ତହିଁରୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର ପାଇବ।

8 And it shall come to pass in that day, saith Jehovah of hosts, I will break his yoke from off thy neck, and will burst thy bonds, and strangers shall no more reduce him to servitude. ସହେି ସମୟରେ ସୈନ୍ଯାଧିପତି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଯିହୁଦା ଓ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ସ୍କନ୍ଦରୁ ୟୁଆଳି ସବୁ ଭାଙ୍ଗି ପକାଇବା ଓ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ବନ୍ଧନସବୁ ଛିଣ୍ଡାଇ ପକାଇବା। ପୁଣି ବିଦେଶୀମାନେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଦାସ୍ଯକର୍ମ କରାଇବେ ନାହିଁ।

9 But they shall serve Jehovah their God, and David their king, whom I will raise up unto them.ଆଉ ସମାନେେ ବିଦେଶୀମାନଙ୍କର ସବୋ କରିବେ ନାହିଁ। ସମାନେେ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ସବୋ କରିବେ। ଆଉ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ପାଇଁ ପଠାଇଥିବା ରାଜା ଦାଉଦଙ୍କର ସବୋ କରିବେ।

10 And thou, my servant Jacob, fear not, saith Jehovah; neither be dismayed, O Israel: for behold, I will save thee from afar, and thy seed from the land of their captivity; and Jacob shall return, and shall be in rest, and at ease, and none shall make [him] afraid.ଏରୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି, ହେ ଯାକୁବ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆମ୍ଭର ଦାସ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଭୟ କର ନାହିଁ। ଆଉ ହେ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ନିରାଶ ହୁଅ ନାହିଁ। କାରଣ ଆମ୍ଭେ ବହୁ ଦୂର ଦେଶରୁ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ବନ୍ଦୀତ୍ବ ଦେଶରୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରିଅଛୁ। ପୁଣି ଯାକୁବ ଫରେିଆସି ଶାନ୍ତି ରେ ଓ ନିରାପଦ ରେ ରହିବ। କହେି ତାହାକୁ ଭୟ ଦଖାଇବେେ ନାହିଁ।

11 For I am with thee, saith Jehovah, to save thee: for I will make a full end of all the nations whither I have scattered thee; yet of thee will I not make a full end, but I will correct thee with judgment, and will not hold thee altogether guiltless.ପୁଣି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି, ହେ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ଓ ଯିହୁଦାର ଲୋକମାନେ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରିବାକୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ରହିଅଛୁ। ଯେଉଁ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀମାନଙ୍କ ମଧିଅରେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଛିନ୍ନଭିନ୍ନ କରିଅଛୁ। ସହେି ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ସୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ରୂପେ ସଂହାର କରିବା। ମାତ୍ର ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ରୂପେ ସଂହାର କରିବା ନାହିଁ। ତଥାପି ଆମ୍ଭେ ବିବଚେନା ପୂର୍ବକ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଶାସ୍ତି ଦବୋ। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉତ୍ତମ ରୂପେ ଶୃଙ୍ଖଳିତ ଓ ଅନୁଶାସିତ କରିବା।

12 For thus saith Jehovah: Thy bruise is incurable, thy wound is grievous.ପୁଣି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର କ୍ଷତ ଦୁରା ରୋଗ୍ଯ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଘା କବେେ ପୂରଣ ହବେ ନାହିଁ।

13 There is none to plead thy cause, to bind up [thy wound]; thou hast no healing medicines.ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଘା'ର ଯତ୍ନ କହେି ନବେେ ନାହିଁ, ତେଣୁ ତାହା ସୁସ୍ଥ ହବେ ନାହିଁ।

14 All thy lovers have forgotten thee; they seek thee not. For I have smitten thee with the stroke of an enemy, with the chastisement of a cruel one, for the greatness of thine iniquity: thy sins are manifold.ତୁମ୍ଭେ ବହୁ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ସହିତ ବନ୍ଧୁତା ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିଅଛ। ମାତ୍ର 'ବନ୍ଧୁମାନେ' ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ପାଶୋରି ଅଛନ୍ତି। ସମାନେେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ମନେ ପକାନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ। କାରଣ ତୁମ୍ଭର ବହୁ ଅଧର୍ମ ଓ ବହୁ ପାପ ୟୋଗୁଁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଶତ୍ରୁ ତୁଲ୍ଯ ଆଘାତ କରିଅଛୁ ଓ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦଯ ଲୋକ ତୁଲ୍ଯ ଶାସ୍ତି ଦଇେଅଛୁ।

15 Why criest thou because of thy bruise? thy sorrow is incurable; for the greatness of thine iniquity, [because] thy sins are manifold, I have done these things unto thee.ହେ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ଓ ଯିହୁଦା, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଆପଣା କ୍ଷତ ଯୋଗୁଁ କାହିଁକି କ୍ରନ୍ଦନ କରୁଛ ? ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଏହି କ୍ଷତ ୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଦାୟକ ଓ ଦୁରା ରୋଗ୍ଯ। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଅଧର୍ମ ଅନକେ ଓ ପାପ ବହୁତ। ତେଣୁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ଏହିସବୁ କରିଅଛୁ।

16 Therefore all that devour thee shall be devoured, and all thine adversaries, every one of them, shall go into captivity; and they that spoil thee shall be for a spoil; and all they that prey upon thee will I give to be a prey.ଏଣୁ ଯେଉଁମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଗ୍ରାସ କରନ୍ତି, ସମାନେେ ଗ୍ରାସିତ ହବେେ। ତୁମ୍ଭର ବିପକ୍ଷ ସମସ୍ତେ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକର ବନ୍ଦୀତ୍ବ ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ଯିବେ। ଆଉ ଯେଉଁମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଲୁଣ୍ଠନ କରନ୍ତି, ସମାନେେ ଲୁଣ୍ଠିତ ହବେେ। ଯେଉଁମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଦ୍ରବ୍ଯ ଅପହରଣ କରନ୍ତି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଦ୍ରବ୍ଯ ଅପହରଣ କରାଇବା।

17 For I will apply a bandage unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith Jehovah; for they have called thee an outcast: This is Zion that no man seeketh after.କାରଣ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ପୁନର୍ବାର ଆରୋଗ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବା ଓ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଘା'ସବୁ ସୁସ୍ଥ କରିବା। କାରଣ ସମାନେେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ବାସନ୍ଦ ବା ଦୂରୀକୃତା ବୋଲି କହନ୍ତି। 'ଆଉ ସିୟୋନକୁ କହେି ଚାହାଁନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ।

18 Thus saith Jehovah: Behold, I will turn the captivity of Jacob's tents, and have mercy on his habitations; and the city shall be built upon her own heap; and the palace shall be inhabited after the manner thereof.ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି, ମୁଁ ଯାକୁବର ତମ୍ବୁଗୁଡ଼ିକର ବନ୍ଦୀତ୍ବର ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରିବି ଓ ତାହାର ସମସ୍ତ ବାସସ୍ଥାନ ପ୍ରତି ଦୟା କରିବି। ସହେି ଧ୍ବଂସ୍ତ ସ୍ଥାନ ରେ ନଗର ନିର୍ମିତ ହବେ ଓ ରାଜଗୃହ ଯଥା ସ୍ଥାନ ରେ ପୁନଃନିର୍ମିତ ହବେ।

19 And out of them shall proceed thanksgiving, and the voice of them that make merry: and I will multiply them, and they shall not be diminished; and I will honour them, and they shall not be small.ସହେି ସ୍ଥାନମାନଙ୍କରୁ ଧନ୍ଯବାଦ ଓ ଆନନ୍ଦର ଧ୍ବନି ବାହାରିବ। ଆମ୍ଭେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଅସଂଖ୍ଯ କରିବା। ସମାନେେ ଅଳ୍ପ ସଂଖ୍ଯକ ହାଇେ ରହିବେ ନାହିଁ ଆଉ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଗୌରବନ୍ବିତ କରିବା। କହେି ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଘୃଣା କରିବେ ନାହିଁ।

20 And their sons shall be as aforetime; and their assembly shall be established before me; and I will punish all that oppress them.ଯାକୁବର ସନ୍ତାନଗଣ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ପୂର୍ବପରି ହବେେ। ଆମ୍ଭେ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ଓ ଯିହୁଦାକୁ ଶକ୍ତିଶାଳୀ କରାଇବା। ଯେଉଁମାନେ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ଉପ ରେ ଉପଦ୍ରବ କରିବେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଶାସ୍ତି ଦବୋ।

21 And their prince shall be of themselves, and their ruler shall proceed from the midst of them; and I will cause him to approach, and he shall draw near unto me. For who is this that engageth his heart to draw near unto me? saith Jehovah.ପୁଣି ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଅଧିପତି ସମାନଙ୍କେ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ହବେେ। ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଶାସନକର୍ତ୍ତା ସମାନଙ୍କେ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହବେେ। ଆଉ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତାହାକୁ ଆପଣାର ନିକଟବର୍ତ୍ତୀ କରାଇବା ଓ ସେ ଆମ୍ଭ ନିକଟକୁ ଆସିବେ। କାରଣ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି, ଆମ୍ଭ ନିକଟକୁ ଯେ ଆସିବା ପାଇଁ ସାହସ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି, ସେ କିଏ ?

22 And ye shall be my people, and I will be your God.ପୁଣି ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଆମ୍ଭର ଲୋକ ହବେ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ହବୋ।

23 Behold, a tempest of Jehovah, fury is gone forth, a sweeping storm: it shall whirl down upon the head of the wicked.ଆଉ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଚଣ୍ଡ କୋରଧ ସର୍ବନାଶକାରୀ ଝଡ ଓ ତାଫୋନ ସଦୃଶ ଦୁଷ୍ଟମାନଙ୍କ ମସ୍ତକରେ ଆସି ଲାଗିବ।

24 The fierce anger of Jehovah shall not return, until he have executed, and until he have performed the purposes of his heart. At the end of the days ye shall consider it.ପୁଣି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ମନର ଅଭିପ୍ରାଯ ସଫଳ ଓ ସିଦ୍ଧ ନ ହବୋ ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ତାଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଜ୍ବଳିତ କୋର୍ଧ ପଶମିତ ହବେ ନାହିଁ। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଅନ୍ତିମ ସମୟରେ ତାହା ବୁଝିବ।
