Jeremiah 49:16
ହେ ଇଦୋମ୍, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଅନ୍ୟ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀଗଣ ମଧିଅରେ ନିଜକୁ ମହାନ୍ ଭାବିଛ। ତୁମ୍ଭର ଗର୍ବ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ପ୍ରବଞ୍ଚନା କରିଛି। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଚତୁର୍ଦ୍ଦିଗସ୍ଥ ପର୍ବତଶୃଙ୍ଗ ମଧିଅରେ ଓ ଉଚ୍ଚ ସ୍ଥାନ ରେ ରହି ନିଜକୁ ନିରାପଦ ମନେ କରିଛ। ମାତ୍ର ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଉତ୍କ୍ରୋଶ ପକ୍ଷୀପରି ଉଚ୍ଚ ସ୍ଥାନ ରେ ବାସ କଲେ ମଧ୍ଯ ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ସଠାରୁେ ତଳକୁ ଓହ୍ଲାଇ ଆଣିବି। ଏହା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି।
