ପରମେଶ୍ବର ମାେତେ ଦୁଷ୍ଟ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ହାତ ରେ ସମର୍ପି ଦଇେଛନ୍ତି। ସେ ଦୁଷ୍ଟ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ମାେତେ ଆଘାତ କରିବାକୁ ଅନୁମତି ଦଇେଛନ୍ତି।
