ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଦୁଷ୍ଟ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ବିପଦ ଓ ଦୁର୍ଗତି ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରନ୍ତି। ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକମାନେ ଭଲ କାମ ନ କରନ୍ତି ସମାନଙ୍କେ ପ୍ରତି ପରମେଶ୍ବର ବିପତ୍ତି ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରନ୍ତି।
