ଯେତବେେଳେ ଜଣେ ଦୁଷ୍ଟ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି କୌଣସି ଜାଗା ଅଧିକାର କରେ, ପରମେଶ୍ବର ସହେି ନେତାଙ୍କୁ ଗତି ରୋଧ କରନ୍ତି, ଯାହାସବୁ ଘଟୁଛି ତାକୁ ଦେଖି ? ଯଦି ପରମେଶ୍ବର ତାହା ନ କରନ୍ତି, ତବେେ କିଏ ?
